Please view the 2 video responses. They show more comprehensively how Prakttismate compares with another robot. I am currently trying to get my money back for returning my Prakttismate. It claimed 90mph in the instruction manual, but delivered around 38mph top speed, with no spin!!
Although beautifully and solidly built, the performance was quite disappointing.
I have a prakttismate and it is great. Real Fast and incredible spin in any direction - and no spin as well. I am not sure if there is a prob with yours but if only 38, then there must be - or perhaps you don't have it set right?

World record slam is 69mph.
World class player slam is 65mph.
Regular club player slam around 58mph.
Sitco max ball speed slower than slam is 52mph.
PK1 max speed 25% less than sitco is 38mph.
