I just watched the second season of "Mannix" episode "Death in a Minor Key" where he played a southern sheriff, and I was amazed by his acting ability.

Anthony Zerbe is great but if I worked with him the first thing I would have to say to him is:
"You scared the hell out of me as Mathias in "Omega Man!" I'd ask him to please do that character for a minute or two. Then I'd be ready to go! :)
