  • I can't wait for the rest of the Ghosts albums. :3

  • so dark and sinister i like it.

  • industrial in it´s best way !

    thx for up

  • " Viglione's makeshift drum kit included a 50-gallon trash can, a pair of water cooler jugs, and a cookie tray with a chain across it."

  • that was on wikipedia lol

  • sounds like somebody bsleeping

  • It makes me so happy when i can listen to music on you tube and people arent having fights in the comments or bashing races or other types of music, or shouting about religion....

Instead on these videos we see human minds come together and share with each other the vivid pictures that are created by this certain style of music. Honestly, i like reading the comments on these videos...and thats how it should be for all videos.

  • @MissLovely42 No doubt! its awesome!! it must be cause the music is so awesome ;)

  • @MissLovely42

The reason is the intelligence of NIN's fanbase.

  • One of the better pieces off Ghosts, still havent gotten around to getting a real copy of the album yet, this and slip are the only 2 NIN albums I dont own(Being 26 and paying Bills sucks)

  • crying alien midgets getting pulverized in a systematic way by machines. that's what i hear

  • Terminator comes to mind

  • This sounds like an automated car plant at first, then I expected to see mimes doing robotics, I thought the beautifully curving horizon would be the sensous hip of an attractive woman. In the end I was not sure what to make of it, there was something there but I'm not sure what.

  • i think of silent hill when i listen to this :)

  • I agree with that factory idea...but the factory is like a really old city, everyone is walking outside but they're moving in rythym with the song, like robots. With everytime the distortion kicks in a robot electronicly short circuits...with one standing...then walking off like a regular human.

  • I love that synth horn sound in the background towards the end. Sounds like a whale. A big, angry whale. Coolio.

  • is it me but does it sound like some1 screaming in some parts at the end of the song?

  • @liljackass77 trent did some vocal samples along with some other guys in this track of ghosts. he also does in ghosts 4, 11, 17, 22, 25, 27, 29, 33 according to wiki

  • Slime, toxic slime, filling and contamining your mechanical body and fueling your soul.

Sloppy movements , mechanical passion, toxic awakening,

  • It sounds like a factory starting up again for the first time in centuries and building up a nice rhythm before falling apart because it's too old.

  • This song has C&C: Red Alert written all over it. Allies to be precise. :-)

  • @Charodeiski Sounds more like Silent Hill music with a C&C feel. I know all those sounds have been used in a Silent Hill song before. I'll actually guarantee it.

  • factoryish.

well, it looks better than ghosts II...didn't like'em that much.

  • I wanna work at that factory.

  • Anyone else feeling the Kraftwerks "Trans Europe Express"-vibes here?

  • oh man, this has TDS all over the place!

  • Fucking nice.

    really industrial.

  • Awesome. They allso plays it live.

  • Sounds like the factory I work at, I love it.

  • man, your factory FUCKING KICKS ASS THEN lol...

  • Hahaha, nice comment.

  • FUCKIN A

  • @bendtx Yes, that sounds like one amazing factory.

  • @bendtx me too, the rythmed "pshitts" sound

  • @bendtx I absolutely love that as well. It's like the melodies that are there exist so organically.

  • Brian Viglione Drumed this on a homeade drumkit :P

  • ya he made this thing with like a tomhead taped to a aluminum cooking pan with a chain in it

  • This has quite an urban feel to it. Kind of reminds me of a car factory.

  • I've always wanted to hear Brian play with somebody but his own band. Little dissapointed since the drums still seem programmed here. =/

  • It's actually done on purpose here to make the sound more mechanical and factory-like.

  • Brian Viglione on drums (The Dresden Dolls) He also plays on 22.

  • Name corrected, thanks for noticing. :) <3
