if the ears dont stand up at all there not papllions but they are in the same breed catigory i cant speek french but if there ears are down they are french for moth
Adorable. I have two papillons. One four months that I just got for Christmas and the other is a year. Both female, they have the sweetest personalities! Just want to love and play! :)

i love papillons, thats why thats what i have. the only different one i have is a jack russell papillon mix and she is amazing

yup, it happens sooner for some than others... my pups ears didn't stand up until he was almost 12 weeks
