It's a stand-in neck apparently, but it's clear to see it's still a Washburn guitar.

Regardless, the fact that the guitar is out of tune doesn't come down to wether or not the Floyd Rose is an original.

Not to sound like an ass, but this guitar actually isn't a bolt on. It's a set neck. As to how this guy swapped the neck, I'm assuming he had a luthier do it; costly but worth it. I know this ax is a set neck because I own one. Check out my profile background if you want to see it. :D
