just play the major and try to sneak a 7th note in on your right hand in a way that fits the song you are playing. Lots of great musicians play that way

Yes, explain the right hand fingering, in all three chords.
also, it seems that you one set of fingerring going up the scale and another going down?
or is it three different positions for each of the chords?
