  • We are preserving our language!!!!!

Welsh is growing in schools etc..

A majority of little children now are speaking our native tounge!!!!!!!!which the english tried to abolish!!!!!!!

    Cymru am byth!!!!!

  • Omg! I'm welsh and you're excelent :D i wish more people from other countrys would learn our accient language :D

I hope you can write back to me:D

Oh, and by the way - Fy enw i yw Aaron ac rwyn byw yn Cymru :) Keep it us babe! Xx

  • "Fy enw i yw Natalie", or "Natalie ydw i"

"VUH EH-NOO EE EW Natalie" or "Natalie UHH-DOO EE" :)

hope thi helps, keep working on it! x

  • You could say Fy enw i yw Natalie, or more commonly, Natalie ydw i ("I am Natalie"). I am Welsh first language. :>

  • Why aren't you wearing any clothes Natalie?

  • @rdf1988 Why can't you see I'm wearing a purple tank top? :( I don't know, i guess that was my bad for hugging the pillow like that. The ironic thing is, I got the pillow because the shirt was too low cut and i didn't want the the cleavage comments!! Haha

  • i thought they were speaking english in wales lol

  • @Cubone96 Welsh is our native language in wales but everyone can speak english as this is the UK language. The number of english that have moved into wales over the years have weakened the language, but the language is still stronger than the other Celtic languages of the UK. I have been surprised by the number of people in england who do not know that welsh is spoken as a first language from day to day.

  • @david880brown ok, so it is another language? :S

  • @david880brown I wish we preserved Gaelic like you guys have preserved Welsh. Our language is dead and dyeing, so i might as well learn this great language!

  • @david880brown I live in Cheshire, and I don't know any English people who aren't aware of that. I think it's just another stupid Welsh stereotype about us English.

  • @Jimableful I go to uni just over the border in England and know a lot that were not

  • that's good, you can speak Welsh better than me, and I am Welsh HAHA! :D da iawn!

  • ALL NAMES ARE THE SAME IN WELSH

  • No, she's not naked!

    She's wearing a tightly-hugged pillow!

    Ta-da!..

  • Ummmm youre welsh is ok and all names are the same but there are welsh names like/rhidian muvanwi dafidd etc try and say this this is one word honestly-llanfawrpwyllgeryllgogeryllogeryllchwyndrobollandysiliaogofgoch lol its honestly a word

  • i also hav one question for u: ARE U NAKED?

  • Sounds like you're a Polish girl speaking welsh, not American.

It's ok, it's understandable, and the way you say Natalie in Welsh, is the same as English, only it sounds better with our accent. I have to say, what you do have SPOT ON as a Welsh person says, is, ta-ra!

    Ta-ra!

  • Good on you for learning some Welsh!

  • @xxxcleoangelxxx You're lucky! Such a pretty language. Thank you for the comment <3

  • shit are you naked?

  • @Putaspellonyou Nooo, noone would want to see that.

  • @LimeeMiniDress I want to see that.

  • That is pretty good considering your an american, keep up the good work:)

  • i like it

  • why is she speaking welsh ive she is american

  • @Owen4004 Yeah I'm American; I was trying to pick up some Welsh, so i watched some youtube videos that teach the basics. This was my response to a really nice guy who did a Welsh tutorial

  • fy enw i yw .........

  • @CplStana hahahaahahaha.... beth? sgen ti unrhyw syniad be' ti newydd ddeud...

  • lol welsh is good but your accent sounds French :)

  • @02ladydamned

    Ooh, French eh? :o

  • @LimeeMiniDress

    It's "fy'n enw i ydw Natalie"

    Lol

  • Rwyt yn ardderchog (:

  • Yeah I could understand everything you said. Basic welsh seems ok. Accent is obviously well off. Good luck with, Ch, Ll, Dd etc....

  • no ofence; but you canot speak welsh

    and natilie there is no welsh word for theat beacsue its a name;

  • @ystradboy4life93 I think she knows she can't speak welsh smart ass.

  • you sound really good Speaking Welsh, you don't happen to speak Spanish do you? You have a bit of a Spanish Welsh accent haha

  • your beauty is one of a kind

  • this video made me smile :D

  • Da iawn, nice accent aswell. Dw i'n gobeithio ti'n dysgu nawr.

  • you should do porn-you sexi thing

  • Natalie in Welsh is Natalie, names don't change :P a ddylswn i gwybod; dwi'n siarad yr iaith ;)

  • "Natalie" is Italian and French, it's english meaning varies from "Christ's birthday" to "Christmas day" to "born on Christmas". So the way to find out how to say your name in Welsh is to take those English meanings and translate them to welsh. Good luck!

  • Oh my gosh thanks ! That's great : )

  • @LimeeMiniDress Natalie is said the same here as there except we just have a different accent when saying it.

  • Was it necessary to film yourself naked?

  • sounds french :o

  • Very good fair play =]

  • Hei Nat quick lesson in Welsh: Dw i'n (pronounced "Do een...) starts any sentence which involves "I am...." or "I..."

so "I sing" would be "Dw i'n canu" (Do een kannee) it also means "I am signing"

    Dw i'n siarad (sharradd) = I am talking/I talk.

    Dw i'n gweld (gwell-d) = I see/I am seeing and

    I like = Dw i'n hoffi (hoffee).

So I like cofffee is Dw i'n hoffi coffi (hoffee coffee) Pob lwc!

  • My name is Natalie would be "Fy enw I Natalie" :). Hope that helps. Keep up the good work!

  • Wouldn't it be "Mae fy enw i'n Nathalie"? Or "Nathalie yw fy enw i"?

I'm not sure at all... I'm al earner myself

    Or simply "Nathaiey ydw i"

  • By the way, I'*m using a free audiocourse to learn the language - google for "saysomethinginwelsh". That is quite a good way to learn the language, actually.

  • Well, I've been a Welsh speaker since I was 3, I'm 17 now, and that's what I was taught those many years ago ahah.
