its good to alway wash your hand before getting the linen,put the pillow to the back, of the person and not his butt,dont put the person to hold the pillow,put the pillow between the 2 arm, one hands should be resting on top of the pillow.REALLY DID SHE PAST THE STATE BOARD
@ADADAGE I mean, it DOES say it's general knowledge, not substitute for some of the crazy stuff you learn in your CNA class. While the hand hygiene and infection prevention measures are very important, you have to adapt the way you do things to your patient. This video was just to give you an idea of what a good nurse would do, and that's make the person comfortable :)
