What makes Ted great is that his life has become a wellspring of inspiration and hope, bringing humanity to the hearts of millions of people. Though his path was a journey of tragedy, I'm sure he would have no regrets for the conclusion it brought. Although we cannot control what reality does to us, Ted teaches that we can control what reality IS to us.
