Awful premise from the beginning. The originals are classic, and a weak reflection of this twenty years later was bound to be a non-consideration. The producers and creators should have simply auditioned people for a new band entirely, a new concept. That might have spawned some creativity, but this? A project that was destined to be stillborn.
