THANK YOU SO MUCH! i just received my otter box today, & after i put on the screen protector + the otter box my screen went white, i tired everything possible, and now im waiting for a box to come to send it in. after sending a repair request i found this video and i tried what you showed, and i did it slightly and it fixed the white screen. how ever I'm still going to send it in for a "just in case" feeling.
