  • Esta rola solo la habia escuchado en disco de vinil y hoy gracias a la tecnologia TODOS podemos ademas de escucharla ver el video en HD!!

  • Ritchie is the Speed King. Oh crap, wrong band for that comment.

  • WHOLE UNIVERSE WILL BURN ON THIS SONG

  • EPIC

  • What did the keyboard player David Stone get up to after leaving Rainbow? Anyone know?

  • @cuttlefisch Around 84/85 he was touring with Whitesnake but was not allowed on stage and wasn't credited on the videos from that era.

  • @GravyDaveNewson OK, thanks for that. I still wonder sometimes where Tony Carey ended up.

  • @praetorianus72. Read my posting again i will say . I Said I liked Rainbow95 more than the Dio Years. First off all Blackmore,s playing in 95 is a lot better and the blend off songs is better too. Dio was a typical singer for the 70,s Rainbow but for songs as I Surrender i think Doogie is better. Dio was a greaat singer but i think Doogie is a more overal singer. Dio was great but listen too the heaven and hell version by him and The Gillan Tapes and you must agree Gillan did a better job.

  • @DonvanderDeijl Wow. You are the first person to say Dio was an average singer.. And Obviously Blackmore's playing is better, he had 20 years of practice up from this point. Doogie is a great vocalist. But he is NOTHING compared to Dio. Dio was one of the most unique voices and lyricists in the 70s. He can argueably be called the best Heavy Metal singer of all time.

  • @MidniteHaze1 Dio was a great singer agree with that but in my opinion and that,s personel , there was no soul in his voice. He didn,t touch me if you know what i mean but again that,s personel. Ian Gillan in his eraly years had soo much soul in his voice, listen doin him Jesus and the 69 Orchestra recordings, the Jon Lord project.

  • Dio was indeed a very powerful singer and nothing realy nothing had a negative influence on his voice.Watch the intervieuw about that with Glenn Hughes (even a soulfull singer) who can,t believe how Dio was doin it.

Read again in my post, Dio was best 70,s singer with Rainbow but Blackmore wants to go commercial and can you imagine Dio,s doin All Night Long? NO I can,t Can you imagine Dui,s doin I surrender? No i,m not. So that,s my point

  • Doogie is not a better singer than Dio but for the whole Rainbow setlist over the years he was the best for the totall material. That,s my point. I will never said a bad thing about Dio, i once see him with Sabbath and i was impressed by his ubelieveble power

  • I,m sorry for all the Dio Fans but i guess Rainbow 95 live is MUCH more better than this performance. Dio is a typical 70, s singer . He did a good job in these days but Doogie in 95 is more off this time. Also Blackmore,s guitar playing is much better in 95. Don,t get me wrong Dio WAS a great singer but so was Gillan and so is Doogie White. Dio is typical 70.s and 80,s , Blackmore is timeless and plat everything and goes on with the time.

  • @DonvanderDeijl Ah ah ah, you're very funny. Doogie, better than Dio ? You must be an expert in singing abilities, oh no, now I understand, Doogie is your brother or cousin.

  • love cozy powell's leather studded wrist band on both forearms.......very metal...

  • LONG LIVE ROCK AND ROLL!!! \m/

  • thanx for the quality

  • On Stage!

  • I saw RAINBOW once on the " On Stage " tour and three times on " Long Live Rock and Roll " tour . Met the dude twice back stage . Dio hugged me ! Gods honest !

  • Fine !

    Thanks

  • Ronnie's voice fits the medieval spirit of the Rainbow music the best!!! with all the due respect to all Dio's successors in the band, he was incomparable, may him rest in peace!!!

  • Hell ya !!

  • there r Hard Rock bands, and then There R HARD ROCK BANDS!!!!

  • Ritchie Blackmore, Ronnie James Dio, Graham Bonnet, Joe Lynn Turner and Doogie White...but went in a more streamlined commercial style following Dio's departure from the group.

  • 3:19 wtf?

  • hahaha..youtube downloder is aktiv..thanks you..

  • The year I was born. Psychedelic.

  • If I could travel back in time this would be my first stop.

    Second: dinosaurs.

  • Nothing beats 74-78 vintage Blackmore. Nothing, rien, nada.

  • perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WOW!!! Ritchie, Ronnie, Cozy, Bob and Dave doin' it to the MAX!!!!!! Unbeatable!!!! \m/ \m/

  • Awesome! :)

  • Rainbow without Ronnie James Dio ISN'T Rainbow!

  • @MarinStoikov Quite true.

I listened to the Side 2 of DOwn to Earth and it's alright, but it's a very acessible, catchy, pop rock type. It's a bit like Status Quo (no offense).

But it's no longer that powerful beast of Rainbow with that voice (DIO!). Quite a voice...

  • @MarinStoikov the colours emanating from Blackmore's guitar determine what 'IS' rather than any one singer he has worked with, in my mind, respectfully

  • sau geil!!!
