  • I get tired of seeing uneducated comments regarding Marco and Knorr from kiddies that know jack shit. Marco was using Knorr stock cubes since the time from his start at Harveys until current. All you fanbois that are constantly crying about selling out and all that other ignorant garbage should at least try to learn a little about him before making popular but false comments because it just shouts that you have absolutely zero idea about Marco and cooking in general.

  • SOB, you had to post this ? Now I am friggin hungry.

  • mamamia.

  • The oil thats left over is amazing to make a mayonnaise of.

  • rape!

  • i would stab nuns in the face to eat that roast.

  • rape!

  • what a pig!!!!!

  • I really wonder how much Knorr is paying White to use their shit

  • My Girlfriend loves roasted lamb, I'm gonna rub a Knorr lamb cubes into my balls and then we'll see what she thinks?

  • Deep, deep, deep understanding of his Art.

  • Why am I watching Hannibal Lecters brother shell out these amazing dishes?

    ........ because Marco's bad ass that's why ;}

  • in one video marco puts his finger to boiling oil, here he tastes boiling sauce... sweet.

  • As always...we make a paste...*grumbles*

  • @chrisss506 yea u know that!!

  • @ TheAnimaLWHiT3, a typo's a typo... but this recipe sounds great and the host alternates mentioning 2 very different pieces of meat in the same video... i just thought it was a shame, i would've liked to know for sure. thanks for noticing me on 'womething'...lol

  • He looks pasted bless him

  • WTF... he alternates saying its a leg of lamb and a lamb shoulder... Do you know what you're doing?? If you're gonna post womething on the net, you should know what the hell you're saying!

  • @arnet71 you say that and spelt something wrong

  • It's not a lot of work! It's whack it here whack it there... Curry is harder.

  • don't know about everyone else but i like a proper gravy, not just some meat "juices".

  • Its not an insane amount of work when you cook for family, I've cooked for 14-16 people and the enjoyment from the complements makes it well worth it. When your mother-in-law, mom and others eat your salmon filet when they don't eat fish and give you complements its well worth it.

  • NNNNaaaaahhhhhhh, he's not hung-over, he's just getting older. Starting to look like his relatives.....life's full circle, it's a bitch !

  • His food is great but.. why not use mortars ? does he do these things out of principle?

  • im cooking this right now i hope its as good as it looks and it wasnt hard work at all

  • did he really reduced the sauce or he just drank all of it by tasting?? LOL

  • love it how he wacks in a load of tomatoes and randomly place over things in there. i have seen thicker piss water tho than his gravy ;)

  • marco is amazing!!! definitely using this to impress the family and girlfriend :D

  • he is GORDON RAMSAY`S MENTOR.......fu*king amazing...!

  • He's hungover in this clip.

  • @SethHesio

He's hungover in half these knorr clips. He does what he does but it's amusing to see him sincerely not give a fuck while knorr pays him to do these =D

  • @InnuendoXP "sincerely not give a fuck"... That is his mantra nowadays. I love him for it. Have you seen the early program on here about him from 1989? Amazing. He's a genius.

  • @SethHesio

I have done and it's an insane amount of work for something that gets eaten in 10 minutes. I can't help but be in awe of just how fast and hard he goes and goes and goes with absolute precision and synchronicity with his fellow chefs + apprentices and you can just feel the obsession and inspiration which drives him on from day to day when you watch him. I work as a cook and as far as I'm concerned I could never call myself a chef until and unless I can work AND think like that.

  • @InnuendoXP I think you have to be a little insane/ totally obsessed with food AND have exceptional ability to learn, inspire, give orders to people, and be a businessman in order to really be a Chef. It's something I wanted to do, but I reached a crossroads where I thought, as much as I love food and cooking I'm not an 18 hour a day obsessive genius like Marco or the other guys. So I'll do something else. It is an absolute pleasure to watch Marco do his thing though, like an artist.

  • @SethHesio

Yeah it has to absolutely be your life. Master artisans LIVE for their craft

  • @SethHesio so true, wach ramaseys early programes where he,s chaseing 3 michillen stars,my god he,s like a man on a mission and NOTHING will stop him thats the sought of passion and desire you need, and also you need to be a good bissnessman cause dosen,t matter how good a chef you are,a resturant is a bissness and get that side wrong and your going down.

  • @InnuendoXP as an apprentice chefs look for eagerness to learn and ability to listen, everything ells they can teach

  • @SethHesio

you were hungover 9 month's ago

  • @Rakloro probably?

  • @SethHesio

    :o))

  • @SethHesio I sometimes get the feeling he's hung over in every clip

  • @vanyen8

I dunno about hungover in every one but were I in his shoes, I would consume many drinks-per-clip

  • @InnuendoXP I guess that would be necessary to numb the pain of being a knorr tool.

  • @Antiks72

if knorr is fitting the bill that's gotta make you feel better about it

  • @InnuendoXP Not really, and it's quite obvious that Knorr is paying him.

  • @Antiks72

lol, ofcourse he's getting paid to do this!

Someone with as much power in the industry as Marco wouldn't do this shit for free

  • @InnuendoXP I think he's shooting his respectability and credibility judging what he's done with his Knorr cubes. Come on - putting them on a steak and then claiming it's better than salt and pepper? Are you fan boy?

  • @Antiks72 i have to agree, with all my respect to marco as a chef but using no salt no pepper? Maybe he makes a lot of momey with knorr but he sold his chef soul to these cubes. Stock cubes are sometimes helpfull but those Knorr /maggie stock paste , cubes, powders , instand soups and more ........! Are not healthy if u use it for everything. And btw its easy to work with those instand stuff, the true cooking is using naturall herbs to make a dish special.

  • @MrRudi291079 I agree with you. Those cubes come in handy from time to time, but they should not be used too often.

  • @Antiks72 Do not use those instant cubes too often. They are good in the odd pinch, but that is about it :)

  • @pickledtochus I agree. Those lamb cubes are far too strong, and taste false to me. Lamb has a wonderful flavour of its own, doesn't need a stock cube.

  • @normalil Exactly. Just do what he is doing: a few fresh herbs and vegetables, and let the flavours take care of themselves :)

  • @SethHesio what is "hungover"?

  • @pepakake27 Drink lots of alcohol, go to bed. Next morning you will feel ill. That is a hangover. And that is what we in the English speaking world call being "hungover". :) Does that help?

  • @SethHesio oh ok yeah that helps, thx! ;-)

  • @pepakake27 Did you honestly not know what "hungover" meant?
