  • This is good, but try using a food processor to shred the veggies, it tastes better when it is very thin and shredded and mixed in the yogurt, unless your into the crunchy taste of big veggies.

    I made couple of your receipes of yours . Thank you very much . I dont understand the name of the seasoning you use in vegetable raita . The one that looks like corainder you add to it .

  • The seasoning is dill if do not have dill you can substitue green coriande or mint

  • Another Very Good Video Manjula! I made Raita with Plain Yogurt and Corriander Chutney and Green Chili Chutney (Spicy Hot). I like Spicy Hot Flavors. I ate with Naan and rice. Is this the way To eat traditionally ? I think I will enjoy trying Your recipe with the vegetables in it ! Looks very good !!
