There's a huge difference. Norah Jones is more of a folk singer. She's not Pop, which is what the singers you listed are. Its like comparing apples and oranges. I'm not saying she's not better than them - but she's not in her own class. There are dozens of professional musicians with her sound, just not in the pop category.
