He he, this music video I saw on TV some days ago. I knew the girl was familiar to me. She looked like the blonde from Moloko, but it was entitled Róisín Murphy. So I went on internet to check. I really wasn't aware Moloko broke up. Now I see what I have missed all these years in ignorance. I think she sings even better now, I like her album "Overpowered", it is awesome. She is a rediscovered treasure for me. Nice to see someone interested in making the music nowdays, and not only the money.

It's about being flamboyant in a mundane environment, it's sorta the whole look for the album. I like it but if I found a girl dressed like that at a cafeteria I'd probably be like wtf does she think she is... teach us a lesson Roisin

Yeah, I get what they're trying to do but I think that it could have been done better. For a start they cd hav dressed her properly instead of making her wear a shower curtain and a dinner plate on her head. She's not a great dancer and the sparkler scene is terrible.

Nevertheless, I don't doubt her credentials as regards music - I think it's a great tune and song which fuses a nostalgic early 90's house sound with more modern light french stlye electronica. But that's just my opinion.
