Im currently in ERP therapy and have made SO much progress...i feel like I've gotten part of my life back, and am excited to finally feel in more control of how i react to regular everyday occurances...Take down that OCD bully!!! :) thanks again, people need to become more educated in understanding this disorder!
Thanks for your comment. ERP therapy is really the only way to be successful in beating the OCD bully. I'm very glad to hear you have found a good therapist to help you. Good luck and sock it to the OCD!

Glad it was helpful. You can also find ERP info on the OCD VH1 show with Dr. Tolin. I do the same kind of exposures, but in a more gradual way.
