Probably one of those expressions in a language that really doesn't translate very well to English. Most likely something that has a closer meaning to "I shout-out my words of love". Never take a translation of one language to another 100% literally.

No, it's not, because romanian is pretty hard. Here's said "When you leave my colors fade to gray", but in romanian it is "Vrei sa pleci, dar nu mai, nu mai iei", which means "You want to leave, but you won't take anymore...".
