GT5 has Porsches but they aren't labeled as such. Gran Turismo has never had Porsche in any of their games under that name, but they have had RUF which specializes in taking stock Porsches and tuning them. It's not such a bad compromise. As for the guy with the S2k comment, I bet you didn't play GT4 did you?

@zeeshan66 well I myself do like the looks of almost all porsches....not you panerama (even though I have seen one and person and it was a little bit more reasonable) however I do agree that Porsche at some point is going to have to change it up a bit, however I don't think they have reached the full potential of their current generations.

@zeeshan66 thats the point, its a 911. All cars go through generations that have different body styles, but they still look similar from their original design. The 911 hasn't changed its body style because it doesn't need too. The 911 is rather perfect. The friction from the air that hits the front of the vehicle is distributed evenly. The lights, hood, and fenders have no striaght lines. They are all curved allowing amazing aerodynamics. Its a very very sleek and outstanding design.

@zeeshan66 First, the 918 is coming out, which looks very different.

Second, Porsche builds cars for potential and repeat customers. You and all the others who simply repeat what Clarkson says all over youtube are not potential customers.

@snipski0894 The fact that Porsche is missing was the deciding factor in my choice not to buy it. I was also a little mad that there were more Honda S2000s in the game than there were cars from the entirety of Chrysler, that's just not right. But I was ready to accept that, just, until I saw that Porsche wasn't on the list. If Porsche is added, I will certainly reconsider my decision.
