  • Thanks for your videos, i have spinal muscular atrophy type 2 and use a cough assist machine but during the day when i'm not at home i find this "huffing" technique really usefull for moving secretions and makes breathing a little easier. Thank you! :)

  • I admire folks like you. I go through the day and rarely give breathing a thought unless, of course, I am teaching about it. Individuals like yourself think about almost every breath. If you live near Lancaster, PA I would love to invite you to my class to let the students hear what they need to do to be a great respiratory therapist.

  • Thanks for the videos, I find them very helpful. My respirologist doesn't take the time to explain anything.  I have heard of the huff and puff. Helps to cough up the phlegm
