hey elliott was wondering if you could answer a question for me about overtraining, over the past 3 months ive been feeling like shit I think its due to overtraining but not sure i went to the hospital and my thyroid was slightly elevated and I dont have a interest in anything anymore and everything seems dream like also I cant get a pump. @loves2spooj6969 i could be, but more likely that is a dysfunction in the solar plexus region, as you typically have to tip the ribcage forward (slouch over)in order to look at the ground.

In whatever program your using to create it there should be a box called "Title" and in there type in "Hulse Strength" Hybrid Muscle" whatever you want it to be called.
