The descending line includes the major 7, as opposed to the flat 7 like you show. It's crucial to the sound of the solo. Also the last note is a slide down from the high D on the 10th fret.

I would love to have a lesson on George's guitar parts for 'The One After 909' from 'Let It Be' (not the 'Anthology''s previously unreleased version). I think that the guitar solo is amazing, and in the film they cut away to street scenes, so one can't see what George is doing.
I have to admit that I have been listening to this song since it first came out (yes I'm that old) and though I figured out the bass, I don't have the ear or the knack for learning guitar solos off records. Thank you.
