@bbnatedogg OH BOY........ If you knew anything . You would know that on the left is Randal Hall. L. Allen Collins hand picked him to take his place when he was no longer able to perform with the band. That is the one & only Ed King on the right. The dude that went to Ronnie and told him. I think i've done all i can for the band. He wrote a lot of the guitar riff's for Skynyrd songs. He left on his terms. He was replaced by Steve Gaines. Both were born Sept, 14 1949. still see fags? Well I C 1
The sheet music for Billy Powell's "I Know a Little" piano solo can be found at manymidi.com/sheetmusic.htm. His solos from "Call Me the Breeze" and "Sweet Home Alabama" are there also.
In Ed's own words ... "The guitar was custom made for me by John Suhr in New York City in 1984. He worked for a guy named Rudy Pensa on 48th St., so the guitar is officially called a Pensa-Suhr. I still have it and always will...it's an amazing instrument. AND IT'S PURTY, TOO."
Are you sure that's a PRS? I believe that is a Pensa Suhr guitar with a Floyd Rose. Either way Ed King is an amazing player. Steve Gaines was the principle guitarist on this song, God rest his soul.
Ed plays Anything and if new nynyrds wants to be even in the shade of GREAT LYNYRD SKYNYRD,KING BELONGS to the BAND but money and greedy things matter more than a feelings.RIP BILLY

Deceptive title here. I thought I'd scored a little cooking lesson from Steve Gaines- there's not that much of him out there. Still a decent boogie.

Great song. Look at the version by Mike Brock, he burns it up as well - from his lap.
