There is a waterfall here in upstate NY where at a certain spot you can light the water on fire.

It happens naturally as the watercourse erodes the land.

Natural gas is exuded from the land as a course of nature.

If you are not for natural gas you are for either nuclear, dirty coal or big oil.

1) Not every lawyer will take every case for free. It depends on how much of a slam dunk the case is.

2) Cases like this are not very powerful, unless there are a large number of people suffering, because despite the low probability of success, the payoff for the lawyers is large enough to take it on.

3) You have to have a lot of money to prosecute a case like this because the corporations will simply keep appealing over and over again, forever.
