The hazards turn on automatically during a crash. And the wipers came on because it was struck with something that activated it.

This is low speed crash test, not high speed.

wipers and blinkers go off when the dummy hits the controls, I suppose...

@s54bmw its startled and under shock so it instinctively reverts to self-grooming, even though grooming would not help due to the extent of the injuries. In the wild this would definately be a write-off.
