It's no longer the "Bandit," but this is the continuation of the model. It's like calling the GSX650F a Katana. Not sure why Suzuki chose to drop the names, besides giving it a more international, less english appeal. I wonder when they'll drop the name Hayabusa and simply call it the GSX-R1350.
