It's actually rather easy to make the head float by yourself. Just put the hed on a paint brush. Although that's actually pretty hard.<.<

Mothers Head dosn't do anything for you, its got no effects to it good or bad, it something you find while serching the Lighthouse for evidence against the traitor to the dark brotherhood... I keeped it becuase I LOVE creapy stuff, lol...

yeh if you go to dive rock in the jeral mountians near there is a troll called the 'underfrike matrion' its a monster witch attacks fercly but if you kill it you will find in its belly is the rotting arms leg and torso and head of a woman called 'sevegena' you can put them in your invetory and your house
