@minecraftowns1 Those three shouts are the only ones they can teach you. Along the way of your journey, you can find Word Walls, usually found at peaks like Shearpoint and Elderbloods peak that are protected by dragons, and each word wall will give you a word that will give you a shout. Some will give all three words, like the Call of the Valor and Dragonrend, while almost all of the word walls will only grant you one word to the shout. Hope that helped :)
