I wish Christians and non-Christians would stop arguing and listen to the damn song. We get along perfectly fine at work and school, where religion barely even comes up, and when it does, I don't see people yelling at cussing at each other in real life. This is Youtube....nobody cares what opinions you have. Just listen to the damn song! In reply to your response, it's not that Jesus is cold and tyrannical, but that He died a brutal death 2000 yrs ago for every human being. It was so significant that it only needed to be done once and has had lasting effects to this very day. He's willing to accept people and give them peace in the middle of chaos for free. Along with that he offers heaven & freedom from frustration and anger .

Everytime I feel down, I look to God for support. During my struggles it's hard for me to hear God.. All I gotta do is pick up a Pillar song and he screams to me. It's not like I'm in trouble, he just wants to be heard over the sin. When I worry, he's there. He carries me through the pain of my life, and I appreciate him more than life itself. Religion is just outright scary, and stands for intolerance, disrespect, anarchy, vagueness, and hipocracy
Intolerance cause god says that gays are an abomination.
Disrespect cause respect is all about believing, common human decency is irrelevant

These guys make inspirational music that leads teens to God. 10 years ago I picked up their album "Fireproof" and it had a huge influence into leading me to God. You sir, are on dangerous ground. You're too focused on outward appearance and are ignoring the work that God does through bands like this. Are you saying that God is limited to working only through clean cut jesuits?

When I first started building my christian music collection this was the first album I bought from pillar. They seemed pretty awesome but then I thought "who would really want to listen to this, it's CHRISTIAN. No one wants to listen to christian music" and how am I going to fit into a world where christianity is hated with this stuff? I started not really caring so much until I found out that there are a whole lot of non christians who listen to christian music also. WOW, never knew that!
