Notice both legs are in the air during the impact. Just because it's not a 5 feet jump "à la Ong Bak'' flying knee that it is not a flying knee. It is, and that is what it looks like when you pratice multiple ones on a punching bag as a clinch and not a single one in some demo or movies some here expect to see.

@mangezfrais no these are bomb knees meant to be thrown in the clinch, flying knees are just thrown usually set up with hands or when your opponent is far away maybe from a teep the jumping scissor flying knee

@mangezfrais i think u practice flying knees on the pads, with a strike shield or on one of those wall mounted punch things, knees inj the clinch are def shorter than this imo its kinda ur ko knee in the clinch, not 4 when ur fighting but 4 when uv rocked em or a body short hurts them, if ur controling them from the plum and broken there posture u can throw kneees like this
