why not do an original hairline? it seems the idea is create a realistic hairline, without making it obvious the patient had anything done. however, it is obvious that all the patients have had "something" done. so my point is...why not just re-create the original hairline?
@capgains this patient has his original hairline (see the superior part of the frontal muscle in the minute 0.27), and we also recreate the temples; but you can't do that in all patients (advance alopecia). To redo the primitive frontal line you need first a stable alopecia (age/medical treatment), if not, you will have a not aesthetical pattern in the future.
