Holy shit man! This is exactly what I plan to do one day. Just bought an 03 I'm going to gather up parts over the years and do it once the engine gets a bit clapped out haha. I wonder if you could tell me about what you did for the drive train. Axles, transmission and transfer case, and how you acquired them. Looks great, my personnal dream truck for sure.

I know that I don't really need to say it but that's just cool. I only just learned about the 4BT's. I put a Hemi in my '02. I only get about 22mpg on highway. I'm in the process of putting a Dana 60 rear and Dana 44HD hi-pinion front in. If I were you I'd never sell that thing. Especially with gas prices. Nice job.

@kseger I switched my profile pic so you can see how short my gf is, she can barley get in it the way it is now .trust me i would love to ride around on a set of 38s but she wouldnt b able to get up in it. o ya look at the pic the rear of the truck is not lifted just the front was when the pic was taken.

8k takes it home huh? How many mpg does this get? I'm guessing around 25 city? Where are you located? Has the title been changed to diesel so there would be no problems? I think this is how all smaller trucks should have been built. With small diesels rather than gas.... Much more efficient and practical.

@NastyBuilt 10.9 was the best milage i could get outa the 318 ,once the cummins was in the milage prob was fixed and since i have a gear box instead of a rack the steering wouldnt allow me 2 put the engine low enuf 2 get it under the firewall so it sits forward so the engine oilpan was in the way so the front diff couldnt go back in so to get my 4x4 workink again had no choice but 2 do a sas up front.

i have a 99 dakota and axles from a 78 ford bronco waiting to go in and want to do a 4bt swap but the state i live in does a emissions test by obd2 port but what i wanted to ask what tranny did you use? and are you useing stock transfer case? but besides all that awsome job on everything! oh ya what do you get for mpg....thanks for the video beautiful i just love it.

Nice, how do you like 4wheeling and driving it since the diesel swap? I think 35's would look a lot better on it, plus it would get your radius arms higher from the ground.
