  • So you do each exercise back to back, no rest in-between. Then once you've done them all you take your two minute break?

  • I'm going to be working out just like all your techniques show! I'm doing videos for them! Come watch my journey on my channel!

  • if u wanna see real abs chack out adam rose.

  • Ahahahahaah when ur doin the leg raises it sounds like ur takin a shit ahahahah

  • when i do the crunches my neck hurts :/ help!

  • hello my name ist scott herman and i´m the ultimate super freak !

  • @JohnyEnglish

I agree with you! That program at the site

    AmazingAbs.info

has helped me lose 40lbs and gain great abs

in the last 5months! I highly recommend this

program to everyone who wants to have a firm

shape like mine. This is a no joke..

  • @linus636 hey I'm really interested in doing this program i am just wondering if i sign up cuz i use the gym at my skewl. does he give us a workout plan or doe he give videos and we pick? cuz i want a plan and a meal plan that i can follow

  • just tried it, amazing workout! feel the burn

  • Can I use a fitness ball for the crunches instead of on the ground?

  • like the hat

  • LOL the santa hat!

  • to the dude the said you think he farted, its his back making that noise haha, it happen to me whilst i was at the gym as well :/

  • I feel absolutely nothing when I do some of these exercises. Am I doing it wrong?

  • @MrlFrost you're probably engaging your neck too much or you're using momentum generated from your hips. when you do these exercises, try to really focus your energy and movement on your abs.

  • Side crunches for obliques aint no joke... Maybe it's because I'm tall?

  • Great videos, Scott! You're great! :-)

But.. I ask my self that question often, when I watch your videos: WHY breath out? Does it help anything special, or is it just something you recommend to make it easier to take more reps by more weight?

  • @SebastianNygaard when you.....LIVE, your body needs oxygen hence why you DON'T LIVE if you don't breath, your body needs even more oxygen when you exert yourself too so its better to keep a steady paced breath

  • @SlashsSon101 Nice smartass, I'm sure he didn't know that.

  • @SebastianNygaard Unlike the guy before me said, it does more than just keep you alive. 2 reasons,1 being specifically for abs. Since your abs take part in the breathing process, breathing actually helps give the abs a full contraction. When you breathe out on each rep you are fully flexing your abs and getting a better workout (which is why you can flex harder on exhale). Also your muscles need oxygen to maintain stamina. I often find myself doing less when I forget to breathe

  • I think he farted lol

  • It works like a boss

  • no rest inbetween!?!

  • hey scott, i love your workouts man!! keep it up!! just one question, will this workout target the v-cut?

  • @CameronWaite1 sure

  • Abs are made in the kitchen, not at the gym.

  • @TheVallone fuck yea. dont take those words literally. let me make it a lil bit easier for u - abs are NOT only made in the kitchen but also at the gym!

  • @TheVallone Stangely enough, I see more guys than girls with abs.

  • @AlexLococo hahahaha i get it.

  • Ru Kenny Dykstra?

  • 2nd day of 2011 after starting this routine. I love it! I'm a mom of 2 little toddlers and this routine is just hard enough, but still quick enough I can get it done! Every other day is ideal because I look forward to it rather than just forget about it! Thanks!!!

  • If i stick an females egg up your bum scott and then came inside you with my semen would you be able to have my babies? Because you are awesome bro.

  • lol at 0:53 :))

  • @djm019 what?

  • should you do this daily or...?

  • @jeweetzelfx3 every other day, or twice and then skip a day. :)

  • hes weird

  • is it okay if you don't do it on a rubber floor with no shirt ?

will you get the same results

  • You have to remember that great abs (and a great body) are 99% diet. No way you can EVER have great abs unless you control your eating,

  • too much stress on my neck... what might i be doing wrong?

  • @SilentGProduction same happens to me

  • @moodemomo

You need to have a day to rest. Muscles grow while you rest, not while working out. But you need to do the workout so the muscles can start growing and become stronger

  • Hey Scott believe it or NOT I have been training according to your routine...I used to be skinny Now I have Six pack abs I can't believe it !!!!!! You are the man !!! Meal Plan + Water and proper workout + Protein = Results....

  • Looks so simple lol

  • Should we do a set number of reps for exercises or could we do exercises for a minute? Thanks :D

  • He said do it every other day ,, what if i can do it every day ,, will be better and having Better results ? someone answer me :) thanx ..

  • @moodemomo im not sure if it applies to abs but working a muscle group everyday does not necessarily make it GROW stronger and bigger. if you do not allow your muscles to rest and you're working it too hard until you've overtrained your muscles, even if you dont feel it, you muscles will start to degenerate and will become weaker and smaller over time.

  • @moodemomo you dont do it every day cause you need time to recover your abs you wouldnt have better results cause youd be overtraining your abs so youd have the opposite of better results lol

  • 6:15 I think he mentioned "FYI=rubber floor+no shirt" because it sounded like he was FARTING LOL! XD

  • Well, is it a must to do that much kind of exercises for every time and 20-30reps for each exercise? or just choose either 1 and do 20-30reps for it?

  • @funkykean every time

  • @pigeonpsycho well thanks! buddy

  • Out of all the instructional fitness people on the internet your my favorite/the best. I've officially just become a fuckin hermanite...

  • This is awesome! I was so smashed first time! now I got CORE! BOO YEAH !!! SMASH IT UP AND HARDEN UP BITCHES! :-)

  • do each exercise at least 20 times, but no more than 30. And if you want to do more than 30, that's what I recommend.

Hmm, contradiction. Maybe he's saying the optimal amount of reps is 30.5 ^0^

  • Just wondering... If we can do this with 20 reps 3 times but only twice if we do 30 reps which is better?

  • hi scott, is there anywhere we can download videos so i can watch on my ipod at the gym? cheers

  • @BoltonASD theres a website called keepvid.com. see idk about ipods bt i deffinatley do know blackberrys will work. so try out tht website. its really good and free.

  • Hey Scott great routine I've been doing this for 3 months and now I have a Six Pack or the path to a great Six Pack...Also I am using the ab wheel I think it's a great exercise...What do you think about ab wheels??

  • Scott I gotta come see you bro! Im currently looking to become a personal trainer. I have been watching the vids and im deffinitely pleased with the exercises and routines. Looking to get tips from as many trainers as I can. ( i understand everyone has their own method) im just looking to gain more experience. thanks

  • How many reps and sets do you suggest doing?

  • I like the way he said that's fine in 0:57. haha

  • He needs a new pair of fucking shorts for Christmas!

  • Hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got amazing 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • your intro scared my dog :(

  • I'm so in your debt Scott, I have been doing this routine ton the max for a few months now and have a proper six pack! Keep doing what you're doing, you make the world a better place bro!

  • Thanks Scott!

    It's a great workout.

Question about the side crunches: Which side are you supposed to feel them on most? I feel it in the bottom side. Is that the side that's working when you lift up? I'm confused about this because you say that you should crunch the top side in when you come down, so are you really working both sides at the same time?

  • Is one rep good enough every other day?

  • Thanks scott! Awesome as always.

  • nice beard dude!

  • Scott you're the man! im your fan dude!

  • @Spac3man88 thanks brotha!!! glad you liked the workout! :)

  • @ScottHermanFitness Thanks to you man! that make everything easy to follow, When I get in shape I will thank you a lot!

  • subbed!

  • He farts a lot.....

  • haha, the flex belt is a sponsor to this video? wtf xD

  • hahah it sounds like he's farting 6:22 listen carefuly

  • @lovegaming619 It was probably the small of his back making some suction on the floor. when you flatten your lower back, & then raise your feet up, it can sort of act like a suction cup. In big or heavy people, the sound can be rather loud, lol. It also depends on the flooring, a smooth non-pours suffuse may be louder than something with air pockets, like the rubber flooring Scott is on.

  • BTW scott is this workout of yours are not for beginners?

  • @alfredobuga any workout is for anyone... the only thing that make sit harder is the level of INTENSITY YOU deliver! :)

  • hey scott i heard u need less than 10% body fat for your 6 pack to be visible. does that mean having a 6 pack is unhealthy?

  • Wow. They put his head on MY body. What is the world coming too.

  • =30? xD

  • This has helped me so much

  • DO NOT arch your back. You're setting up for horrible back problems.

  • @MultiNerve

Arching your back gives you o wide motion and does not case any stress in the back ,where did you come with that?

  • i love all your videos man before i had abs.....now i have SCOTT HERMAN ABBS (Y)

  • i have a question, some exercise video said need to do the exercise 3 times a week. what if i do it everyday?

does the effect will be good or bad?

  • @Kay23Rime Bad obviously. if the muscles don't rest, they won't grow at all

  • @Zyphon400 SHUT UP HOMO! I KNOW WERE YOU LIVE! IMMA KILL YOU!

  • @TirantVirus omg, tou a ver que andas a treinar os abs! para andares aqui x'D

  • @Zyphon400 muahaha xD

  • @Zyphon400 Stalkin your mom :3

  • I've been doing P90X ab workouts for almost a year now. I just did this for the first time and it kicked my ass.

    Great work out. :)

  • Great routine! Haha love the comment about the rubber floor... I probably never hear it because I have my ipod on. I can only imagine what other people are thinking. X-D

  • around the time 7: 45 int the video theres a mist coming doun his face fast ... i think its a ghost

  • I love your video's and it's really help but when I go up with my legs it hurts in my lower back and I'm only 15 and wants to look good y'know

  • TSSSSSS TSSSSSSSSS

  • hey scott nice workout routine ... we do each excercise 2-3sets and then to the next one? or is just do everything at onces?

  • so do u do all these at once like a superset then rest do them all again at once for 3 super sets????

  • the floor crunches remind me of dead runner stretch ^_^

  • This is brilliant! I'm no beginner, hit the gym hard a couple of times a week, but I did this on saturday, now it's tuesday and my muscles are still sore. Can't wait to hit 'em again:)

  • is this what santa does the other 364 days?

  • Problem: My left ABS are BIGGER than my Right ABS. Anyone know how to make my right side bigger ?? cheers

  • @robboultimate it is just normal probably ur left side is bigger than ur right side you can confirm this by checking your ball the left one will be bigger too, same for your chest, same for your arm !

  • @Sp0ReTheSlayer ha ha ha actually my left ball is bigger than my right. thought you might wan2 know :)

  • i love this workout!

  • how long does it take to see results

  • he didnt fart... (so many kids here...) is the lowerback, that makes that sound, when doin some abs excercises that arch this part, looks like you never try to do some ab workout...

  • 6:20-6:45 nice farts ;)

  • @6:26

  • 6:18 he farts LOL !

  • also thanks for doing a workout that doesn't require any machines at all

  • thanks for all your videos man, you're making the world a fitter place

  • wow.... sounds to me at 6:20 it was to hard to hold in aye? ;)

  • Hey Scott I really like your videos, I gained a bunch of weight from a knee injury and your videos really want to make me get in shape again. I like the Spartacus workout. I watch it on my TV and do the workout in my living room. Thanks for teaching me! Mike

  • what if i can do more than thirty?

  • thumbs up to buy a t shirt to scott!!!

  • Can i use a pillow to get the arch in my back?

  • Amazing ab workout! killer!!

  • WHAT A BITCH!!! EAST COAST TWAT

  • Oh man..it luk so easy when u start doing it ...WOOEHHH!

  • Scott you look so Cute! =)

  • is he farting when doing toe drivers?

  • @TB41thebesT No, he press the air what is between his back and the ground out.

  • @TB41thebesT its the compressed air trapped under his back. But damn i couldn't stop laughing

  • as i understand you do one exercises 20-30 reps, then rest for no more than 1 minute, repeat the exercise u to 2 more times, than next exercise etc, every other day or 2 day work-1 day rest?

  • @icemaneu Fuck you gtfo.

  • @icemaneu i cant find it!! can you give me the link to that page?

  • Scott you rock man

  • Wait... so we're doing all these exercises without a single break..? and then have a 1 minute break and go for 2 more sets if we can?

  • scott what do you mean after you finish an exercise you rest for a min. max? is it like after you do regular crunches 20-30 reps you rest for a min.? and then go for speed crunches and so on? thanks scott.

  • how tall is he?

  • @kermino121 5ft 10... it says in his 300 spartan workout

  • This sucks, I'm watching this in 2011. And he started off with "Be a 10 in 2010", it's too late now!

  • @dna1987 that not an excuse... :)

  • Hello, Scott. Does this workout help to burn fat?

  • man, this is a killer work out, but its worth it though

  • 6:39 Fart?

  • @BeExperienced if u ever actualy worked out and did crunches, ud know a sweaty curved lower back makes a "farting" noise when u lift off the ground

  • @adjuvants12780 You have an amazing sense of humor.. And i've actually been following SH fitness routine schedule for just over a year now and i'm seeing great results, 4 days at the gym and eating the right foods is all it took.. Oh and they're actually 'Toe Drivers' that he is doing.. May wanna learn some workout routine names before make assumptions about people not "working out"..

  • @BeExperienced yea well u workout for looks, and i workout cuz im an athlete. i workout for something meaningfull not just for looks. therefore idk all the pussy vernacular "toe drivers". i dont even do abs, i do CORE. Its about strength not looks.

  • @adjuvants12780 How can you keep making up assumptions like this? You don't now me, you don't know that I've represented my state in rugby, or that i was captain of the 09 college soccer team..

I workout because i enjoy it and the results are just a bonus.. Of course i like to look good who doesn't? But i also like feeling good, right now I'm training for a 32mile marathon this august.. I suggest you go and watch more of your 'yu gi oh' videos...

  • any1 know if we do all the excerises once without having a break and then rest before the 2nd set?

  • @ashkmc thats the confusing part, but I don't think its possible to do the whole routine at once, especially if ur a beginner. If you're beginning I think you need a bit of rest between every set.

  • lol i just noticed half way thru the vid tht he was wearin a santa hat

  • Repeat 7:01 for Insane laughing....

  • @R0ugeProductions you want a bottle? no i prefer a CAAAAN!!!

  • Just did this, feels great! I have lower back pains but this isn't as painful as usual. :)

  • watch my ab video for real abs solutions.

  • Anyone else slowly squirm from their original position on the floor while doing speed crunches? I end up moving a few feet when I'm done with my set. Maybe my form is wrong? Any advice will help.

    Thanks

  • side crunches are soooo hard lol

  • @Goody908 lol

  • how long should it take for me to see results?

  • @PCDTSME deadset not joking after 3 days of doing it I could see some of the best results over any other workout and Im not even that fit! THanks scott

  • Took a week to get the right form and breathing but, the results are well worth the pain. Nice one Ben.

  • tried it...it's 2011.... i'm still a 4.... :(

  • @spunkyspunky666 are your eating right? much of the visibility of abs require healthy eating. So no sugar, much fiber, protein...etc. google it

  • @stinjin nah, i mean they do show and everything 'cuz i'm one of those naturally-skinny-kinda-guys... but nothing *ever* grows regardless of how hard i tried... wasted time and money on supplements, diets, a gym membership w/ a trainer 6X per week.... eventually i just said "F-it... someone should say that these things dont work for everyone..."

  • @spunkyspunky666 yeah im really skinny as well, high metabolism mostly. Basically i narrowed it down to just eating much much more. i noticed originally i consumed only up 2000 calories a day and gained a bit. but i had to constantly eat and eat way more than 2000 to gain a good portion of weight.

  • @spunkyspunky666 Dude you really need to eat consistently all the time. If you are a naturally thin guy, like myself, you really need to pile on the calories, and consume the right amount of protein and go to the gym at least 4&5 times a week. Also remember your muscles need rest, and make sure you do a really good leg work out...It really just takes a lot of time. Do not expect results until about 3 months at least. Discipline is knowing what you want :D
