I know how to lose 5 pounds in 1 day. FAST for the entire day and walk slowly for about 30 minutes. It's always best to drink a cup of juice or something before walking. I've tried it. The only problem with it is that you lose only water weight. And then the next day you might pig out more and gain the weight back. It's really pointless. But it's good to see yourself in the mirror after losing 5 pounds. It makes you more confident
don't even bother spending money on this.. just do what atheistkyo said or just do what I do... put on music ( dancing music ) and dance a lot,drink a lot of water, run, and eat lighter.. eat lots of fruits, and veggies... see I'm not saying everyone but most people have trouble losing weight because they don't stick with routines. @chanmace I suggest try washing ur face daily. Not with just soap and water, but try olive oil. It doesnt clog pores and it gets rid of the dirt on ur face, and guessing ur a girl it will also take off ur make up easier than make up wipes. Or use green tea. At The Body Shop they sell acne soaps and etc made of green tea. it helps alot. Try honey, tomatos, lemon, and apple cider vinegar. But not at ther same time, and when u use 1 of those, include sugar as a exfoliater. i havent had a zit since
@chanmace and btw, most skin looks "flawless" bc of cover up and foundation. Go to ur local drugstore and i suggest buying Revlon ColorStay. it woks excellent! and comes in two different formulas. Dry skin, or Combination Oily. Itll cover up any imperfections :)

@justafidemyself It all depends on your body mass, bone mass, how tall you are, muscle, body image etc. Don't go by the BMI test because its mostly for people over 18
