@tohon777 The earthquakes couldn't have caused hydro-fracturing of the formation, which cannot be anything but drilling-related. The fact of the matter is, the company failed to take precautionary measures in their drilling. They did not place protective casing around the section of open well or create relief wells when the problem became apparent just as they had pulled the drills.
