U get those kills, because if your fighting som1 whos running with 0 food u have made like 200-300 damage on him, so if next guy who fights him kill like in 2 hits and do 99 damage, you ahve done more damage and you get kill. New pvp also lags and peoples get kills even if their won't belong to them.

im 96 str. when im no arming, i use protect item ultimate strength and the second defence prayer. when im fighting with armour (bh vids) i use super human str and none other prayer, then at low hp i use ultimate str and KO all da bitches =P.
