Hello, I am from Sialkot (Punjab), Pakistan. I have had been very interested to visit India, especially OLD and NEW DELHI, but unfortunately we do not have any relatives in India, so I really enjoyed seeing movies of OLD and NEW DELHI. God bless; who uploaded this video.
My favorites are like lil mini snack "salad bars" and you just keep filling up a paper cone with your own mix. I'm sure I pay 6x what a native would - but it is still so good and cheap. Thanks for posting.

Firstly, it is healthier and fresher since it consists of pure seasonal ingredients
Moreover it is part of their cultural legacy to eat healthily and seasonaly in the street on their way to work
Finally, their economy is up to scratch, which makes street food in canteens sell like hot cakes, at reasonable prices.

Id rather eat the indian street food than the fast food restaurants in the beginning, cheaper and tastier.
