I hear Martin campbell may not be back for a sequel, why not get one of the directors of the harry potter movies.They have similarities especially in the characters think of it: Harry potter vs hal jordan-both were bestowed this resposible they didn't ask for, Kilowog vs hagrid- battle of the big guys, dumbledore vs abin sur- both died in their storyline,muggles vs poozers- which is the better insult? Lord voldermort vs sinestro- who is a better bad guy?Ron weasley vs Guy gardner- I pick guy!
the movie was awesome as a fan of green lantern I was satisfied.When I saw the bad reviews from critics I was like crushed.When I saw the movie it was not as bad as they say it was, true the ending was not as strong finish as I expected .I see this the beginning of a movie franchise if this movie does well enough to warrant a sequel (fingers crossed) then I hope they increase the budget do a better storyline delve more into the mythology, get a good director , one from the harry potter movies!
This movie better be worth watching or at least decently good. And they better not mess Hal Jordan's character up, Green Lantern is my fav DC superhero. Oh man, why do I keep feeling a disturbing knot in my stomach at the thought of this movie falling short? D: I hope I'm wrong and this is not gonna suck.. one can hope..
Theres a lot of rich History here, it looks like they really try to cover that here. Geoff Johns was a consultant on the film ! so if your a fan ? I think its going to be pretty good might not be perfect but pretty good !
