What happened to Michael Bay after this movie... he had such a good control over screenplay and actor chamistry in The Rock. the tone was the perfect balance between serious and pop corn action crazy... the man lost it, he lost his touch. and its a shame, because the Rock is a movie with a lot of talent and charisma. one of the best Action movies of the 90s even Ebert loved it! compared to The Rock, Revenge of the Fallen feels like a juvenille, Amateourish and just plain stupid.

This is one the best movies Hollywood has ever given. I have watched this movie around 20 times. One of my all time favorite movie. The story line, acting, background music, camera work, sets everything is just perfect. Though there are two legendary actors (Sean Connery & Nicolas Cage), but Ed Harris portraying the role of General Hummel has been just outstanding in this movie. He overshadowed others in this movie.

@ayasswain You say everything is perfect, I'm inclined to agree with you but I know of 1 continuity error, watch the part where the F-18s are coming in for the airstrike, the number of aircraft changes from 5 (for most of it), there's one point where there are definitely 6 and there's one point that looks like 4 but that one is slightly cloudy so I may just not be seeing one, but seriously fantastic movie, I agree on the status of the movie by comparison to most of the other hollywood stuff.
