@eastest566 After KDFW joined Fox in 1994, CBS approached Gaylord about affiliating with KTVT. Gaylord agreed under the condition that KSTW would also become a CBS affiliate. They were both "re-imaged" as network stations at the same time, so it makes sense that they used the exact same graphics and logo. (KSTW also shared a logo with KTVT in the mid-'70s.)
Kiro became UPN and KIRO replaced KSTW on Cable in Spokane hopeing to become a regional Pac NW TV station.

@mrtee83 I believe it's because KTVT and KSTW were owned by the same company, Gaylord Entertainment Company.
