  • Haha Nick looks so hoooot at the beggining...anybody knows how old is that gorgeous Wade?

  • That gorgeous Wade will be turning 23 soon.

  • When is his b-day? He told me he is 22 and that he was born in '86, NYC, when I lived there and he said, that maybe we already met... lol

  • Haha, yeah?

Well, his birthday is on May 16th.

But you'd probably remember meeting him. Do they talk to almost everyone?

  • I didn't see the others do it. Nick was talking to some older lady and hugged her and she said he shouldn't do that, since she could be his mom. Like I said - Nick was pretty out of it. Why Wade talked to me, I don't know. But when you go to see them and Wade comes out, he will prolly smile at you and talking to him shouldn't be a problem. Just don't say anything brainless. And I assume there is a good chance of having sex with him casually. If that is what you want...

  • Haha, no I don't think about Wade that way. I don't know what to say about Nick.. but that's pretty funny. Yeah, Wade does seem pretty smart.

  • You don't wanna have sex with Wade? Surprise, surprise... But it is the wiser thing to do - to not do it. Even though he seemed just friendly, wouldn't be too far fetched to assume he is just a guy in a band... They try to get some anywhere, anytime, with anyone. Valentina, how old are you?

  • Hmm, let's just say I'm not in the age to be having it anyway. I am interested in the opposite sex, though. But he's pretty old for me (well atleast for now). Haha. But it is true.

  • He is only 22 and he is too old for you?? Are you somewhere between 12 and 14? But it's nice when ppl at least make an attempt at not having sex as soon as they are out of the playpen. Congrats! I think that is Nick... Did you look at Ryan McGinleys page?

  • Yes, I am.

    Otherwise, I wouldn't say that..

I really don't mean that he's old or anything and I do enjoy his looks. Ha, I'm not really sure if it's Nick, though. But can't think of anyone else.. No, which page? Youtube? Or something else?

  • McGinley has a site. He's the gay photographer who took pictures of Wade and Donald in Mexico, where they met - they said... You are 13?? Well, you seem to be a nice girl. Been to Russia?

  • Yeah, I know that, I've been on his site and I never saw Wade nor Donald. Yeah, I am. And thanks you, too. I was born in Russia andd raised there for half of my life.

  • Donald you can definately see. I did. If you look hard enough, I'm sure you'll find something on Wade too. You speak Russian at home, eh?

  • Oh, okay then I'll look again.

Lissy Trullie (their friend) is on that site, too right? Yeah, I do most of the times. Have you see Wade on there though?

  • I didn't look really hard and I have no idea who Trullie is (...what a name...). Who else do you like, Valentina?

  • I actually checked the site yesterday and noticed both Donald and Wade. Who do I like outside the band?

  • Have you seen Wade's blog?

  • No, haven't. Where is it? (The blog). Yes, who, other than the virgins, are you into?

  • tvwade

I like The Strokes, Anya Marina, Lissy Trullie, 1990s, Phoenix, Housse de Racket, Yeah Yeah Yeahs.. For looks, Julian Casablancas, Ed Westwick, Andrew Vanwyngarden, Ezra Koenig. Maybe someone else.. And you?

  • I really like The Killers. They are the only ones that have me enjoying all their music - and I never liked "Girls just wanna have fun", but when they do it, it's okay. I like them too. They don't seem as nuts or square as others. Right up my street. But I listen to so much music... all kinds, except for hip hop. None of that, because it's stupid, gross and pornographic; unbearably inhuman. Do you know any old music, like the Ramones, Sex Pistols, Clash, B52's?

  • Yeah, I've liked The Killers since 2004. I think their music was better before it's still good now but not as good as before. I actually liked the original "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" for some time last year and their version is okay, I guess. Yeah, I agree. I used to like hip hop but not rap I think rap is even worse. I do take the 2 types of music the same thing but to really be thinking about it rap's worse. And it's nasty how you always see these ladies having their body parts all over them

  • Yeah, I know Ramones, Clash. Heard of Sex Pistols but never really got a chance to listen to. You like them?

  • Yeah, I do. Old punk rock. Last three concerts I went to was Virgins, Biffy Clyro, Killers. I can't really remember who all the others were... Sugarplum Fairy, Killing Joke, Jimmy Eat World, Mando Diao, Bloc Party, Subways, Used, Portugal! the man, Stereophonics... I dislike big concerts though, which is what The Killers gotta do now. It's hellish, not enough fun. I hope they will keep doing club ones, so I can still see them.

  • Wow! Do you live in an area where toured bands play? Yeah, that's what happens when musicians go mainstream. Speaking of punk rock, after yesterday I've decided to listen to the Sex Pistols and it wasn't necessery their music that really interested me but it was Sid Vicious. But his version of "My Way" is stuck in my head. So I watched Sid and Nancy today. And I'm not sure what to say but it was sad. Have you seen the movie?

  • The one with Gary Oldman as Sid? Haven't seen it. Should I? I thought you already knew, but yes, I live in Berlin (Germany) and there are concerts every night. You don't like the Pistols-music? I do. Holidays in the sun, pretty vacant, silly thing (late one)... I still really like that. Never was into Sid. Preferred Lydon, but spent the night with Paul (drummer) when he was with Chiefs of Relief (with Matthew from Bow Wow Wow)... long time ago. Matt died ´95 (diabetes)... made me cry...

  • Yeah, you should. It's very good, I think I'm going to watch it again. I can't really say if I like their music because I barely heard any of their songs. Just in the film but I don't really remember how they go. I think Sid made a lot of stupid choices but just his whole life makes me want to know more and more. Yeah, Lydon seems to have the brains. So you hung out with Paul? When? Pretty cool, I gotta say. I never heard of Matt.

  • Hm - I give up for now. I will write back tomorrow... The answers just disappear... I will get the movie and tell you what I think. When is your b-day?

  • No, I don't smoke.. anything. How about you? Um, okay yeah you can find it anywhere on the internet.. I think I'll watch it too, today. April 29th. And you? How old are you?

  • I can find what on the net? The movie? Yes, I smoke cigarettes and always have a bad conscience about it... How old? Old. B-day is November 23rd, long time ago. And you just turned 13? Gobsmacking. You seem more mature... Gemini, right?! Good - fun ppl. I always wanted to be one myself, hehe... Oh, yeah yeah yeahs are here tonight.

  • Yeah, the movie it's just about anywhere. How long have you been smoking? Yeah, that's why I barely tell anyone my age. Nope, Taurus. Ha. Wow, you guys are loaded! You're going right?

  • Give me the link, please. Yesterday at the video store I typed in Gary Oldman and the film was not there (anymore). I got True Romance. Grunt. Did you see Pineapple Express? My "new" thing. After The Big Lebowski. But I watch other movies too. I mean one's with better language and so on. These are so funny though - and sweet. Do you like James Franco? Last night Glasvegas were here too. And Andrew Bird. Didn't see anyone... Damn. Was with a friend. Taurus is good too. Born 1964 = 44 now...

  • watch-movies-links (.) net/movies/sid_and_nancy

No, but I want to see it (Pineapple Express) soon. Is it good? Ha, :better language" as in "less cursive/rude language"? No, I don't know who James Lango is. Were YYY good? No, it's actually fine.. Do you have a favourite year/age of your life?

  • wah... like I said - I really like it. It makes me laugh a lot. Is there someone named James Lango (lol)? I mentioned Franco, he is in that movie too and he is really lovely. Thank you for the link. Will watch tomorrow and give you my two cents. Do you like The Simpson's? Don't know how YYY's did - I didn't see them, tweetypie, along with the others. What is "actually fine"? Fave time in life... I gotta think about that... Will come up with a reply soon. What do you want to do? Find something xo

  • I LOVE The Simpsons! I've been watching them since I was about 5 or 6, no kidding. As in what do I want to do with my life or just now? Ha, can't wait to see your reply not just about the movie but "the favourite year" thing, too.

  • When we were between 15 and 20 we went to London a lot, which was fun. And we always got our clothes there. We wore almost nothing but Westwood. At 20I moved to NYC, which was really fun too. There I met someone and so on. If anybody asked me, I could only recommend finding something good to do in life and not going to bed with everyone. One day you find yourself old and that shouldn't be the only thing you find. Being a parent is okay. But I never found my person. I gotta run now. See ya xo

  • Interesting. On what occasions did you go to London and with who (friends, family)? Yeah, I get that. I sometimes don't really want to have a family of my own because I like being independant and I feel like maybe having a family will hold me back. Knowing that I'm just 13 it seems like I don't know any better but i'm sure lots of 20 to 30 year-olds think about the same thing. May I ask you what you do for a living if that's not personal? I want to be a journalist.

  • All the things that I've done... When I was young I did bartending and waitressing of course, was a shop assistant, worked at a kindergarten, was a maid... I am a foreign-language secretary, worked as translator, English teacher, then nonmedical-practitioner, became a geriatric nurse... I am not the one with the straight line. First job was the cloakroom, I think. Journalism is good. Should have done that too. I love going places. Where do you wanna go?

  • Wow, yeah I can surely see that! Capital cities would be good for me. I really want to go to London, NYC, Toronto, Victoria, B.-C. and maybe LA just for a short time and back to Moscow for a while.. I really can't wait to grow up but then you know instead of feeling that way I'm just trying to live and kind of do things so that I have something to remember about my youth and childhood. Where else have you been (countries/cities)?

  • Marc and I were together all the time. He is my cousin. We stayed with friends or at cheap hotels... Don't let selfishness get you. Family is good and so are friends. Independence is something you have inside first of all. Knowing that you are capable of getting things done by yourself. And sometimes you need someone to help you out - even if it's with good advice. Too many ppl feel that others hinder them and they disconnect. Trust me: It leads to loneliness and despair.

  • You're actually right (thanks for the advice, by the way) but I don't think that it's necessarily being selfish because yes I do still want to have friends but family - I'm not fully sure. Children maybe 3 at the most. A husband? I never really see one when I imagine me 20 years later. I think I do want to have a family (a small one maybe) but not so soon like at 20 or 30 (that feels too soon). But if it's not 20 nor 30 then it's like 40 or 50 and 50 seems a little late. I sort of want to adopt.

  • I can't actually remember what went through my head at 13... but I never had kids on my list or marriage. Had my daughter just a few days before my 27th. Having kids is not such a piece of cake all the time... Same as with everything. Can't get rid of the coins flipside... You are so very young. And if you won't have children - okay too. I would have had more. I like them. And I like how we took over this site. Can we get in trouble for this? Still gotta watch Sid&Nancy. I will. xo

  • Yeah, I understand that. Not that I fully know what it's like being a parent. But I have a sister and I'm 11 years older than her it's not always easy. At the moment I've been really wanting an older brother. I'm sure that I will have kids (not a lot though). Um, yeah me too each time I check my email and then I see your replies. I'm sure that we won't get in trouble I mean I guess the video owner will be happy, annoyed too. Which languages do you know?

  • I studied French and Spanish too, but I don't practice these languages... I really read, write and speak English and German. Always tried to get my dad to talk Italian to me. Italian is cool and Italy is a nice place to travel. Do you miss Russia? Why would you want an older brother? I am looking up Sid&Nancy now. See ya xo

  • Oh, I too speak and know french. When I was about 6, I learned some german at a camp. Yeah, my mom knew italian for some while. I'd like to visit Italy. I miss my family and friends back in Russia, I do miss the metros (subways) and other places. I'm not really sure why but I'm the older sibling and for a long time I was a single child and now I really want a sibling that would take care of me. A sister seems a little too dramatic so yeah.

  • I meant an older sister. And I don't have anything against us females.

  • Alright, made it through the movie. Valentina, at only 13 you shouldn't be watching this. It's too explicit, it hurts you. And I don't think that you are dumb or childish. But 13 is really young. You should be seeing/hearing things that strengthen you, give you confidence and a positive outlook. Okay, I'm a mom. I mean it though. Don't try to skip anything. You have the right to be a young girl. For me it was memories... The clothes we wore... Unfortunately the music wasn't real. xo

  • Yes, thank you for concerns. I do know that before even watching the movie I didn't think it would be that bad (for my age). But since I've started it, I wanted to continue it. There is this other heroin-based movie I've been wanting to watch. But I've put a lot of thought into it and decided to wait atleast a year or 2. The S&N movie helped me realize that I might have to wait a bit longer. Yeah, because unfortunately we don't get any younger and I know later I'd regret dreading this.

  • "Unfortunately the music wasn't real."

Sorry, I do not comprehend the previous.

  • Wow, wrote to you yesterday and discarded the text instead of posting it. I meant the songs aren't the original recordings. Today a friend asked me, wether or not your parents know that we write to each other. Do they? If you want to stop, let me know. It was nice "talking" to you though. And yes, take your time - be on the safe side. xo

  • No, they don't really know. But I've been told not to give out too much personal information. I'm pretty sure that my age, my first name and my country is fine to give out. I don't mind, it's actually nice talking to others that are out of your atmosphere at times. That's when you realise that the world is full of different people. It's nice knowing what people actually think ; all their different opinions. Not too personal, but just probably like what we've been talking about.

  • Ask them. Ease your mind. I understand that you find it interesting to "talk" to others. I do too. At first, as you remember, I didn't realise that you are so young. But I think you are nice and don't mind keeping in touch. It will die down sooner or later anyway. Usually ppl are like that. If anything I will try to help you - but I understand that you and your parents could be worried. What is your fave YYY tune? Maps? Strokes: Heart in a Cage? Are they doing something new?

  • Yeah, I will. I completelly understand. But yeah this has happened to me numerous times before - the conversations dying out at a point. Yeah, I guess Maps would be their best. Each song has it's time. Their first song I ever loved and knew was Kiss Kiss. The Strokes it would probably be Hard to Explain or Red Light. Yeah, I've heard that in February they've regrouped and we'll hear something new at the end of the year.

  • Hi Valentina - you gotta be happy about The Strokes so. Are you into Julian? Is he still married? I'm going out tonight, with a friend. My daughter is away for a few days... lol. Are you allowed to go out? To concerts? I always went with my daughter, when she was younger. But I had to stay away (funny), which I did. Just checked on her from far away, every now and then. Now she doesn't mind me close. Do you babysit your little sis? xoJay
