Yes ... If only treehouses could talk ... this one would have many stories to tell! This treehouse was orignally build in the early 1900's by my Grandpa. It was then rebuildt again by him and then once again by my cousins.........so it has a very long family history. I'm glad you were able to enjoy it. Wondering what era you were going to Manka's for Thanksgiving??...in the 1950, 60, 70's???
That's a trip. As a kid we used to go to Manka's every Thanksgiving. Got to know Manka, her son and his children quite well. Spent many an afternoon in the treehouse. Are you from nearby that area?
