  • @EVolVedCreaTionS i hear that. it makes you so happy.. you couldnt be happier, but when it makes you sad... i rather die than feeling that pain. but i cant kill myself because i love her... its hurting now...

  • Comment removed

  • @EVolVedCreaTionS Yes, man that some real truth. I think that With His kindness and forgivingness we will find what we are looking for. The love we with-hold is the pain we will carry. Just keep loving. Good life!

  • Check out the horn section is this fabulous early Bob Marley song; the trombone is just bumping along, very bass-like in the background. AWESOME. B.Marley's vocal treatment of the lyrics, meshing with the music just amazing. Listen carefully to Bunny Livingston and Peter Tosh harmonizing (background vocals);absolutely fabulous-they are hitting harmonics like crazy. The sound they create is haunting and so ultra beautiful. At times, they "wail", like in many of these early songs.

  • this song is drugs for my ears

    addicting

    I agree so much

  • And the lyrics...oh the lyrics!

  • B. Marley is half-whispering the lyrics - so carefully and tenderly wording out his heart-break in this stunningly melancholy way; sort of speaking under his breath. Has a hushed quality to it. So, so introspective (his approach to "speaking" the lyrics);like he's silently in his mind recanting to himself. This song just lavishes that kind of retrospect of looking-back at a love lost. The "feel" is so utterly amazing. These recording sessions are truly among the greatest events in music history.

  • well new versions new solo bob is great but old stuff is way better... u feel it ya know what i mean ;)

  • I feel real bro too

  • love it (L)

  • I know now why he never Re-recorder some songs of his because they are already perfect.

  • i love this old bob marley too.
