I've just been watching these early clips (because the story line is frustrating right now), and I had the same thought you did. What an incredible ass Rafe has always been. Such a coward and not there when Natalia needs him most.

I'm also disgusted with Lizzy's selfish tirade at Ava. Especially since we had to suffer though her stupid wedding to Bill recently.

It's also hard to see Olivia receiving such awful news from Jeffrey and Ava's/Nat's pain...damn this episode was full of heartache
