He brought up the fact that GM "workers" were overpaid just like bank executives. However, since then we have found out the workers took cuts to benefits and wages, whereas "executives" insist on keeping their wages. Workers aren't the problem in this country, executives and their bad decision making policies are.

The UAW now has about an 17.5% share of GM and now they're more receptive to cuts to benefits, wages, moving operations overseas, and other ways to cut costs. Executives who make bad decisions should go bankrupt, and corrupt unions that use legal and actual thuggery to get what they want should be held responsible as well. Both deserve blame.
