@EldestDaiCa You go to the character layer and click the board thingy and choose in "State" your movement . EXAMPLE "Walking1"

now how do i just turn it a little, like tilt it and stuff

Click on the second tool form the top, a box with 4 keyframes/square boxes will appear around your selected layer. Now, move your cursor around the cornor. Your cursor will change into a a cursor turning around (the rotate cursor)
