  • The Big Lie is a propaganda technique used by Joseph Goebbels against the Jews in occupied Europe.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”

People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.

He is an ass kisser for BP's money.

    BP destroys the gulf.

He says don't blame BP, "sometimes accidents happen”.

    He is not nice.

  • @GearingDestroyer wrote: "'If you tell a big enough lie...'"

This quote, or something like it is not by Goebbels, but by A. Hitler in "Mein Kampf." There, Hitler writes that regular people are suspicious of small lies because regular people tell small lies themselves. But since they don't tell big lies themselves, they expect that no one else would. Hitler was not advocating big lies when he made this observation, but was criticizing what he saw as Jewish use of this propaganda tactic.

  • Ron Paul named his son after his idol, Ayn Rand. Ayn Rand is the creator of objectivism which is expressed in her novels which is the ONLY place that they work. She was strongly anti-Christian as is Rand Paul. Ayn Rands most powerful and famous adherent was Alan Greenspan who testified before Congress that following Rand's ideas was a tragic mistake. There is so much evidence that Ayn Rand's ideas have been catastrophic then NO ONE should vote for Dr. Paul.

  • @exenrontexas Rand says he attends a Presbyterian church where his wife serves as a deacon. In what way is he anti-Christian ?

  • @castlemaninc There are many politicians who attend church just for show and the sermons go in one ear and out the other. HOWEVER, if you re-read my original post you will clearly see that I was commenting on his NAMESAKE, AYN RAND, who was absolutely anti-Christian which is not surprising since she was born a Jew but she was anti-ALL religions since they are usually based on power greater than self. She was the queen of selfishness.

  • The ad is correct. Rand Paul did, in fact, belong to a society that considered Christianity a hoax and in college said his god was "Aqua Buddha."

If the ad is true, why are people complaining about it? Since most Republicans are Christians, isn't this information about Rand Paul relevant?

I'm a Republican, but I believe Rand Paul and his father Ron are NOT Christians. They are both pro-choice, anti-war, secular and racist.

As a Republican, I would not vote for either one.

  • @Markus77x7 Which makes you a liberal republican. Or should I say "NeoCon"?

  • @Markus77x7 Check your facts. They are both pro life and both confess to be Christians. As a Christian myself I am glad they don't use their faith as a means of getting elected. Their values appear to stem from their faith. There is just no way you could ever defend your points if you looked at the voting records of Ron Paul.

  • Sarah palin is one stupid bitch! I cant stand that whore!

  • @padude64 She's more intelligent than you and you are full of crap... If she walked up to you and dropped her skirt then told you drop to your knees...you would drop buddy! HA HA

  • @padude64 OOPS... Sorry I'm wrong. I just checked you out and I see vagina is not on your menu.

  • If Palin is supporting him then maybe he's not as good as I thought he was. WAIT I mustn't be tricked by politics. Rand Paul is against war and wants to Audit the fed. Then what the hell is Sarah Palin doing in htere?

  • Marquis Teague, Michael Gilchrist, this racist is who Kentucky wants to represent them in the US Senate. Are you sure these are the people you want to play for? They'll cheer for you in Rupp Arena but you know what they'll call you the rest of the time. Don't sign the LOI.

  • Sarah Palin is bought and paid for

  • I do not trust the democratic party at all and only some of the republican party .There is democrat traitors inside the republican party. This is fact,We The People are voting for the people that will restore the constitution.

    For the record:

Michelle Obama is the stupidest lying bitch on US Soil next to the scheming slut hillary.Shove that in your uptight ignorant ghetto inbreed asshole.

  • Sarah palin is the most stupid bitch in the USA!

  • @padude64 You must be one stupid liberal that hates strong conservative women. Hell she has more backbone the obama he ain't got no balls he is a wuss

  • @mr22jake22 Oh yeah? I guess thats why she was able to hack it out as Governer for a full term? Oh wait, i guess it takes balls to quit something halfway through?

  • @mr22jake22 Oh yeah? I guess thats why she was able to hack it out as Governer for a full term? Oh wait, i guess it takes balls to quit something halfway through? Or maybe its because she is a strong conservative woman?

  • @MrWorkmanm Palin for president in 2012 now don't that raise your hackles MrWorkmanm.

  • Fuck you Rand paul! You do noy have a license you sick bastard!

  • Rand paul and sarah palin are 2 examples of right wing jackasses

  • Trust me when I say......Sarah Palin has no influence whatsoever here. Time will tell, lets see how he votes when in actual office. I trust Ron.

  • @reneastark :

"Trust me when I say......Sarah Palin has no influence whatsoever here."

    Trust me on this fact:

Sarah Palin is a sign of greater actual historic events to come despite the libtards media biased reporters best efforts to sabotage the republican party and deflate the Tea Party Revolution. The libtards lied obama into office.Every democrat that is interested survival has turned on the libtard inner circle.

  • What a dick.

  • RAND PAUL IS HIDING FROM THE MEDIA LOL,,, his handlers feel the same way sarah's handlers felt an that is,,,,,,,, dont let this idiots out are we will lose for sure

  • @sillycandie007 Rand has nothing to hide from. He said he abhors racism and advocates for a free market. If you want to pervert that into the idea he is racist to further his opponents campaign, you just define how pathetic the liberal media is. Deceit and fallacy are the neccessary tools for liberals to win office, hopefully there are fewer sheep in this country now who won't buy into your BS.

  • @joe035 grow up there is no liberal media thats a label they are people

that think rand is a racist some are in the media some are not but you cant blame labels if people think he is racist ,, be real those blacks were beaten , raped, killed, hung from trees fighting people like rand paul your out numdered big time lol

  • @sillycandie007 He said he abhors racism! He said a Free market better dictates how to run a business then government mandates. You are perverting this as he personally would hang a sign up saying NO Blacks when that is NOT what he said. MSNBC edited out black gun owners at a tea party to create an image that only whites care about the 2nd amendment, tell me Maddow isn't a propagandist & there is no bias!

  • @joe035 tell me Maddow isn't a propagandist & there is no bias!

ok i will tell you the truth there is no propagandist an no bias

the only reason you make one up is your ashame that your the

kind of racism that would look a slave right in the eye an tell him

he has got a good deal being a slave free place to live free food

due to the facts we have a free market ,,,,nice try racist but i see you for what you are

  • @sillycandie007 The only slaves that exist in the US are wage slaves and there numbers are growing with Obama's continuation of Bush's spending spree! Over a billion a day in interest on our debt TRILLIONS in UNFUNDED obligations to SSI/Medicaire & creation of more programs! You use the race card, because you cant deny the truth. Obama is no better then Bush, you love him because he is a democrat & use his color as an excuse!

  • Remember how long it took for FOX news to figure out what "tea bagging" really is?

"Tea Bag the White House" indeed!

  • If you have ears and eyes sharp enough and you're a good listener, They all sound the same "

"Look" the same and wear the same Pathetic facial expression of concern while singing the same song. What do you call 350 politicians at the Bottom of the ocean??? A GOOD DAY!!!!!!

  • ya know there's only one good democrat I can think of at the moment and that's Dennis Kucinich.. but i can only think of 2 republicans and that is Ron and Rand Paul,., all the other guys from both parties seem to be just secretly (well not the secret) following the agenda of wall street and one world government

Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none should be our motto. Thomas Jefferson - First Inaugural Address, March 4, 1801

  • palin, paul and the parade of stupidity plus the teabaggers......best entertainment since HBO!!!

  • Down with big government and their mining safety regulations!

Down with big government and their oil drilling regulations!

Down with big government and their civil rights laws!

Down with big government and their financial regulations!

  • @misterroundheels Notice that the mines collapsed, the corrupt politicians were elected, and the oil was spilled despite the government regulations... Perhaps there is a lesson to be learned here

  • @PadawanPhil, you're absolutely right. What's clearly called for is LESS policing of big businesses. Rand Paul is definitely my man to let soulless mega-corporations do whatever they want to whomever they want. Big Government has been ruining things for small business ever since they forced them to get rid of their slaves.

  • @misterroundheels Perhaps you should attack that which is making the "soulless mega- corporations" rather than regurgitating mindless drivel. Do you think "soulless mega- corporations" would have the stranglehold on their industries that they do without government assistance (AKA corporate welfare)? Attack that! ...Not liberty minded candidates that are merely trying to restrict the coercive force of government... Ask yourself: do you think BP will be hurt or helped by increased regulation?

  • @misterroundheels Down with dumbasses like you who would rather see more mine explosions gulf oil spills civil rights and the banks gamble on our money you are a fucking dumbass get a clue you stupid tea party bastard DEMOCRATS 2010 now what bitch

  • @jdprice455 - I'm so sorry. I've confused you with my newest invention. It's called sarcasm. I know that it really isn't that popular online yet, but I think it's going to catch on.

  • @misterroundheels No one of any sense would argue government doesn't serve a purpose it is the extent of that purpose that deserves criticism, don't you think? I find it amusing why anyone would advocate for any political party when both are made up of the same kind of assholes. Perhaps one day we will elect people according to merit rather then party affiliation, & name branding campaigns.

  • @misterroundheels no you are pointing things out that will still be regulated for safety reasons. the financial regulations got the american government into trouble

    rand paul ron paul 2012

  • Rand Paul will be our next Senator. Sarah Palin is not the devil, she is a good hearted person with good intentions to name just a few attributes. We made a mistake voting for the Dark Lord and we are now paying for it because we rejected common sense in 2008.

  • @HunterHornet Haha yeah right cant wait for the democrat to destroy him this november with jobs coming back the economy coming back the democrats will keep the house and the senate and there is nothing u can do about it. DEMOCRATS 2010

  • that t-party thing is still smelling fishy. on the other hand, a paul is a paul. ;)

  • Please distance yourself from Sarah Palin.

"I'm rand paul and I approved this message, but could care less about the Sarah Palin endorsement" would be best at the end.

  • Well O' Well, things looking up. Now lets get rid of more of these gangsters liberal crooks. Go RAND !

  • @dogsgone Fallacy, deceit & slander are the neccessary tools of liberals, as the illusion of the truth is prefferable to the reality of it!

  • Is that a Joke?

  • Rand, more power to ya.. but distance yourself from Sarah, just back away slowly and try not to make any sudden moves..

  • i meant nwo exposers below

  • Sarah palin on a Rand Paul ad is like Obama being on a Ron Paul ad....Palin is a puppet trying to convert tea party truthers and nwo supporters into republicans

  • I love Rand AND Ron!!!!

  • SARAH PALIN! Now nobody is gonna vote for him.

  • Rand Paul's war policy stinks! Otherwise I like him. I supported his campaign. His father though is better!

  • sarah palin is retarded. she is the last person i would seek an endorsement from...

  • I'm ambivalent about Palin endorsing Rand. On the one hand, I'm sure that Rand's people have calculated that a Palin endorsement will bring in a few more votes. But on the the other hand, Palin has serious faults. She's a warmonger. She's a neo-con, which means she'll do anything for Israel. She is of limited intelligence. She can't think enough to form opinions on immigration, racial preferences, trade policy, etc. She talks a lot, but it's all empty rhetoric.

  • @kenp3L

I see what you are saying, and I would never vote for Palin, but in a state like Kentucky it is very helpful for Rand to have Sarah on his side. Rand Paul is much more intelligent that Sarah Palin, and all he has to do, now that she endorsed him, is say nice things about her.

  • @kenp3L

    Well said

  • Scares me that throwing an endorsement in from Sarah Palin probably helps.

  • @illuminatioracel: both sides are childish with expectations. For every biased, silly liberal there is a dinosaur, thick skulled republican who thinks George bush was a good president.

  • Best of luck Rand.

  • A true Libertarian Republican - proud to support Rand Paul

  • happy to hear palin endorses rand paul over trey greyson. if she endorsed trey greyson it be pretty clear shes just another washington insider.

  • Lol, carreer politicians are the problem? No, silver spoon fed offspring of politicians are the real problem.

  • @Levetti408

Yeah, an eye surgeon who runs his own practice is definitely "silver spoon fed".

    Idiot.

  • @Justgetout You be trollin'...loser!

  • Everyone relax. Rand Paul could have turned down Palin's endorsement and spent the next six years doing fukking Lasik eye surgery, or he can take the endorsement of and incredibly popular figure in Kentucky (mostly because the identify with her and not fukking Mitt Romney) and spend the next six years hammering our views home in the senate. Rock n Roll baby - let's win this bitch and keep moving forward. Remember we are still a minority and we have to play the game to make progress.

  • @badonkadonk34 yeah thats all cool what u say but what about him being a racist?

dont you think black people an people of color would feel left out ?

is that fair to only support the white power movement ?

  • @sillycandie007 Dear Bag-O-Douche. you have been blocked. Take you little fukking pea brain elsewhere. FYYFF. Yeeeeeeeeeeeee Haaaaawwwwwwww.

  • @sillycandie007 He's not racist man, have you really seen what he said? See so many people don't understand the context of what people mean. Have you not seen where he said he supports civil rights and equality? Instead you believe what Chris Matthews of Slimeball says, or Faux News, or any of the mainstream media. Real Libertarians would focus on the real criminals the Bilderberg Group thats corrupting politics and bribing people, and would make laws to protect us from them.

  • @noyouaintgettingit if he's not racist why he talk like hitler?

  • @sillycandie007 Hitler wanted to kill people for their ethnicity. Rand Paul is NOT TALKING LIKE HITLER.

  • @noyouaintgettingit Srah palin is one stupid bitch

  • @badonkadonk34 Moving forward? Thats a laugh. All I hear these tea partiers say is "going back", "restoring" "Regan". The bonehead policies from the Regan era are 30 years old and have no place in todays complex world environment.

  • @MrWorkmanm U know how when you look at a star you are really seeing back about 7 million years because it takes so long for light to travel from that solar system to ours....your spoon fed talking points about the tea party are about 7mn yrs behind the curve too. Read mish, zerohedge, & hussman for what's really fueling the tea party. We are socially liberal in but will not let u bury our kids under a mountains of debt or kill americans soldiers in no-win wars. Good luck and go fukk yourself

  • @MrWorkmanm Really? I look back and our economy was doing a hell of a lot better than it is now under this socialist government loving idiot in office now!

  • @wolfgange63 hhhmmm...yeah you are kind of right. The economy was doing excellent when Clinton was in office, balanced budget etc. Then bush and his cronies ran it into the ground. Two wars with massive tax cuts will do this. Recently, the government has grown in response to this. After all, when the private market fails to correct itself, that is what government should do. Without the governments help, we would be in a lot worse shape than we are now.

  • @badonkadonk34

I 100% agree with you. While I distain Sarah Palin, Libertarian minded people need to learn the only way to get any influence in a position of power is to play the game. Palin is a very useful pawn in our chess set. Her endorsement proved effective.

Rand's in the senate now, and hopefully we'll be seeing a lot more of him and his views in the media.

  • hey paul, you've come to take the government back from whom? be specific, who in the government are you taking it back from?

i mean who's hands is the government in now, the food manufacturers, the insurance companies & wall street? all organizations who now own the you "christian"republicans?

yeah right, you're gonna take the government back...and give it to big business who will again run rough shot on you god damned money hungry "christian"republicans with "god on your side"

  • I live in Kentucky and the Palin endorsement is helping Rand not hurting him in this state. He is the Best Liberty Candidate out there and he is making his fathers message as well as the Constitution Main Stream here. She endorsed him early in the campaign before it was convenient or popular to do so. The Mixing of Palin and Paul together is having an impact on changing the GOP for the better, here in Kentucky anyway.

We need a bridge and this is it, don't burn it down.

  • Sarah Palin supports Rand? When did this happen? Goo grief, take care Rand, I was going to support you.

She would jump on tjhe bush wagon if he was running again, and she would support him No prob.

She is a political prostitute, no brains nice tits & ass, with very thick knee pads.

She swallows POWER. That's what she is, from Mc Cain who sold out, & if Stalin was running, she would be his mate as well. She is what is wrong with our gov, and she supports you, and your ok with this. Take care.

  • Vote RON Paul 2012 and really take back our country!

  • If Rand breaks from his dad on foreign policy and goes along with the warhawk Neocon views of Palin it could definitely be the kiss of death.

  • Palin's endorsement could be the kiss of death. Amazing that they got a clip of her talking without her winking or stammering or saying something ridiculous.

  • Yeah, it would be better to have no endorsement rather than Palin's

  • @StopTheMorons Bullshit. You need a majority of the vote to win. A majority of Americans aren't "libertarians". You will NEVER WIN WITH THE ATTITUDE OF "ALL MUST AGREE WITH ME." People don't need to have the exact philosophy of you to support the same candidate you do, and it destroys candidacies to expect such. No candidate will ever satisfy all the wants of one person, let alone all the wants of a majority.

  • @promontorium Oh boy--I didn't know I said as much! Go easy will you, I was just expressing my own personal opinion of Palin, ie. I don't like her and I want her to go away.

  • @promontorium yeah. that's the childish, unrealistic, egotistical expectation of the left. the second someone has a disagreement on an issue (aka blue dog dems), they are immediately banished from 'olympus' as traitors and immediately labeled as a retarded flat earth mid-westerner commoner.

i will take your comment further and say that no person in life will fully agree with everything another says. if they do, then there's something very wrong.

  • I like Rand Paul, but Palin? That woman is vapid. We need a viable conservative party in the U.S.A, Palin will do the exact opposite.

  • too bad Rand turned out to be a neocon

  • I like it. I think they should have included Jim Bunning's endorsement, though.

  • Way to alienate libertarians with this one, Rand. Thanks a lot.

Palin's a moralistic neo-con and I'm pretty sure your dad would never tout an endorsement from the likes of her.

  • good Lord, I can't wait this to be over so I don't have to hear about how Sara Palin endorses Rand. That woman makes me sick and will only hurt the cause of liberty!

  • Go Ron Paul

  • This is a really well made commercial.. I had to watch it twice I'm so impressed!!

  • Nice

  • As a Ron Paul and Rand Paul supporter I like this ad and Sarah Palin. The Narrowed mindedness and sanctimony of some Paul supporter never ceases to amaze me though. Also how unforgiving we are as well, and yet we wonder why people are turned off by us.Grow up, our behavior is not something Ron would be proud of. He is known for his Constitutional stands but never misses an opportunity to work with others for the greater good even if he does not always agree with them on everything.

  • Also just because someone does not always agree with is does not mean we whip out the Neocon card. That solves nothing. Prove your point and still be nice.

  • @cgbs6183: What do you like about Sara Palin? She stands for nothing, and she has no principles! If you are a Ron Paul supporter, how can like a woman who is backing McCain rt now?? McCain is the ultimate spineless bought off politician! Palin is an endless stream of catch phrases and she quit her job so she could make more money doing book tours and speaking engagements. We don't like her because she is a celebrity yet people a bunch of numbskulls think she is a statesman!

  • @soundmoneyfan Wow thanks for being a collectivist, even Ron Paulers can't get away from that mentality, I did not know we all had talking points we had to stick to. Thanks for addressing the meat of my concern with us Ron Paulers....YES I am one, but thanks for questioning it! The meat of my concern is that we want to convert people to liberty while at the same time alienating them if they don't see our point, and then if they do come around we are suspicious.

  • @soundmoneyfan We seem not to understand that everyone comes to Liberty at their own pace and we should not be judgmental of that. People like Palin don't have the luxury of coming around in private like most citizens. A good portion of Ron Paulers were apathetic. Does "Ron Paul Cured My Apathy" ring a bell. Well I hate to burst anyone bubble but those apathetics we welcomed with open arms are just as responsible as necons and progressives, for it was apathy that opened the door for them.

  • @soundmoneyfan Why I like Sarah Palin? She endorsed Rand for one, I don't care the reasons that puts her on our side and not the other side. I take people at face value and don't try to over analyze it. She endorsed McCain because lets face it he put her on the National Stage so politically she owed him. It is a political game and to pretend it is not is naive, politics will never be gone it has existed since man has existed.

  • @soundmoneyfan As I recall was there not the thought of a Paul Palin ticket amongst the movement, and when she got nominated was there not talk of it being an attempt to get the conservative and Ron Paul vote. So what happened hmmm... Now she is the plague because she took a national opportunity.

  • @soundmoneyfan Palin has the same family values as I have, does it mean her family or my family is perfect, no. We are all human and life happens. It's like people saying a Christians should keep quite cause they sin too, well yeah we do, we all do as we are human and make mistakes, but that does not mean we do not strive to be better. Then of course there is of course the involvement in the Alaska Independent Party and there platform is very libertarian.

  • @soundmoneyfan As for her quitting, since the election she had received like what 18 ethics complaints and before that one or two. Ethics complaints do happen as they are political tools. It was costing the state in millions for her to fight those complaints, while at the same time she was being slandered and libeled but as a governor she could not take legal action against it. So by stepping down she saved money and opened the door to being able to counter those claims legally.

  • @soundmoneyfan Palin also signed State Sovereignty as one of he last acts as governor. I also have family up there and they informed me that since she took over in the 2 years she was governor the state took a 180 in the good direction, yes they are libertarian thinkers.

  • @soundmoneyfan and anyone else in the Revolution. Do you want Rand or Trey elected? If the Palin endorsement turns you off then I have to question your commitment to this movement as I was just questioned about my Ron Pauler cred. Rand is the best candidate out there for liberty. If one endorsement from someone you do not like is going to turn you off, then we are not going anywhere.

Take Ron's example and work with anyone that wants to work with you. Suck it up on your disagreements.

  • @cgbs6183: Just because I agree with most Americans that this woman is awful doesn't mean I'm a collectivist. The reason I don't like Palin is not all the things you listed in your 10 comments noted above. I don't like her because A) she serves the establishment by playing the political games by doing things like endorsing McCain (I don't care if endorses Rand to try to impress TEA partiers)....(cont.)

  • @cgbs6183:...(cont. from previous) and B) she is one of many who challenge democrats and Obama as they are the problem. As any real libertarian knows, the system is the problem, regardless of what party is in charge. If she REALLY cared about liberty she would challenge the system from the military industrial complex to the federal reserve. She will never do this because she is a tool of the establishment and Fox News talking head now. End of story!

  • @soundmoneyfan Really most hate her, I have not seen such information. No what you were doing is segregating the liberty movement with your comments. "If you are a Ron Paul supporter." Collectivism, implying I am not one of you. Oh and hello it's politics, politics will always exist and in this climate not everyone can be Ron Paul and not everyone knows the things Ron Paul knows. I am sorry there are only 2 points to show someone really cares. BTW she has come out against the Fed.

  • @soundmoneyfan As I said everyone comes to liberty in their own time. When someone comes does not matter just that they come.

I don't know if you are biblical or not but this is till something to consider regardless of religious affiliation.

Let those without sin cast the first stone. The oldest and wisest dropped their stones first, the young did so afterward with a bit of confusion.

Right now we have stones in our hands as a movement, but do we throw them or drop them.

  • @cgbs6183: I meant, "If you are a Ron Paul supporter" as in "if you see the system as the problem and not the current set of actors" how can you support this woman since she blames Obama and not system. Please show me in her writings or a youtube clip where Palin has spoken out against the monopoly over our money and credit that is the tool that is used to grow gov't. Please. To excuse her backing the republican establishment shows that you don't care if she has a consistent message or not.

  • @soundmoneyfan I am a Ron Paul supporter but I understand not everyone is going to do or say everything that Ron Paul does. I personally think she is growing. My dad was a Democrat, went Republican in the Regan Revolution and in the 90's started digging deeper and became a fan of the Libertarian and Constitution Parties, but did not join for the exact reason you are displaying to me today.

  • @soundmoneyfan There seems to be a problem with posting links. I found WSJ Blog titled "Palin, Sounding Like Ron Paul, Takes on the Fed"

  • @cgbs6183: That blog was about a speech in which she blamed the central bank for the current crisis and disagreeing with the idea that the Fed should have a greater role, but at no point has she ever spoken out against the Feds existence or challenged the system of fractional reserve lending. Why do you keep bringing up Ron Paul? It is the message not the man that matters. And sorry, I don't care about your dad's opinion of my party that I have been a registered member of for 12 years.

  • @soundmoneyfan And she is not wrong on that. You can't expect the moon to be deleived to you overnight, it is a start. Well you are the one questioning my support of Ron Paul and the principles he espouses which are that of the constitution just because I am practicing tolerance. You are right it is the message not the man. Again you fail to understand the point that example. Progressives and Neocons use incrementalism, while we in the liberty movement want it all at once, it can't be done.

  • @soundmoneyfan All or nothing never works and never will, we have to use that same incrementalism and not demonize everyone we have a problem with, which we do. I mean you actually have people questioning Rand Paul calling him a neocon. Have we gone insane.

  • @cgbs6183: She is not wrong, but that has NOTHING TO DO WITH CALLING OUT THE SYSTEM. I never expect for us to have a libertarian society, but I will not forgo my principles so I can be on a winning team. I didn't question your support; I just didn't understand how you could support both Palin and Ron since they are from two different sides of the political spectrum. Incremental change is not an option either, that is why I know nothing will change. I never called Rand a neocon.

  • @soundmoneyfan ok now you are making no sense to me at all. You don't expect a Libertarian society, but don't expect to use incrementalism to restore the republic. So why are you even having a conversation with me. I made a statement about liking both and conveyed a sentiment that we should work with everyone and not be so harsh, just because I like both do not mean they have to have the exact same reason.

  • @cgbs6183 Incremental change (incrementalism is not a word) will not work because of the structural imbalances in our federal budget and our economy and the lack of will from republicans and people like Palin to address the real issues. The reason I am talking to you about this (which I know is a waste of time) is because Palin is a danger to the ability of our country to see what is really going on, why are gov't is set up the way it is, and what is the REAL way to get the gov't under control.

  • @soundmoneyfan No you never called Rand a Neocon and I never said you did, but there are those that do and it is not helping us but will help Trey.

I just wish we would all practice tolerance. I understand where we are and I know what to expect, I wish we could get back to the constituton overnight, but that won't happen so I am willing to wiat and work with people for it, some I may not always agree with. But I guess that is compromising my principles.

  • @cgbs6183: Then why mention it to me? I'm not responsible for what other people say. Yes, the idea that you can reform the system by supporting members of the establishment is not just compromising to one's principles; it is an extremely bad idea that will blow up in one's face.

  • @soundmoneyfan But I will dust my feet of this conversation as you have confused and disheartened me.

  • @soundmoneyfan One final thing. Yes she needs to get educated on Foreign Policy, but who said they can see Russia from there House? Sarah Palin or Tina Fey? I am willing to bet most of us even we fell for that MSM brainwashing.

  • I thought he was grabbing Mongiardo's face at 0:12

  • He has a voice pattern similar to his dad.

  • You may not like Sarah Palin, but I think Rand Paul needs all the help he can get. People aren't going to vote for him if they don't know he exists. He needs more publicity.

  • @MishuTaste: Have you not seen the poll numbers?? He doesn't need any help

  • @soundmoneyfan I saw the poll numbers, but since he's a brand new candidate, he still needs help in getting his name out to those who have never heard of him before. Some people are reluctant to vote for new candidates. They like to vote for people they are familiar with...even if that person is a corrupt politician. That's the power of name recognition. Rand Paul is going to need MASSIVE media exposure before the primaries in order to win.

  • Would Rand endorse Sarah?

    I hope not. I hope he hasn't made a pact with a she-devil!

  • I don't like Sarah Palin at all. I like Rand. I hope he goes all libertarian on them once he's in office.

  • F*ck Sarah Palin

  • Rand, I love you, I've donated to you, I believe you will win the seat and kick some tail in DC.

But I cannot condone this endorsement. Sarah Palin is the same war-mongering, social issues-obsessed neo-con that gave way to the current disaster we have in the WH.

    Should have highlighted Bunning's endorsement.

  • Sarah Palin endorsement is not a good thing

  • I don't support Sarah Palin and now I don't think I can support Rand....not that matters as I don't live in Kentucky, and I still do hope he beats Trey Grayson...but you'll find me a skeptic as to whether or not Rand will do this country any good.

  • @jsz430

I live in KY, and I'm so disappointed.

  • @jsz430 are you kidding?? its an endorsement!

why do you think it suddenly changes who Rand Paul is? lol you need to rethink that one..

  • @jsz430

Thats a little dramatic, Sarah Palin jumped on Rands coat tails and it helps him the major scheme of working up the chain taking over the party with Libertarian/Constitutional/Ron Paul Conservatives all the un/misinformed GOP will get behind Rand.

He's playing their game and winning he will stick to his guns in the long run. he wont disappoint and embarrass his Dad

  • Look, I know us hard core Ron Paulites don't like Sarah too much, but she is giving us a big gift helping Rand get elected

  • Rand is a bit different from his father..

  • Love Sarah! Go RAND!!

  • I wish the campaign would have used Jim Bunning in the ad instead of Sarah Palin...

  • @Thrice13 Jim Bunning has endoresed Rand Paul?

  • @XlancerTHEgreat1 Sen. Bunning endorsed Dr. Paul last Wednesday

"Kentuckians need a strong principled conservative to stand up to the liberals and establishment politicians that run Washington," Bunning said in a statement. "Dr. Paul will be his own man in Washington, not beholden to the special interests and beltway insiders who come looking for handouts on a daily basis."

  • @XlancerTHEgreat1 yes he recently sure did.

  • @XlancerTHEgreat1

Yeah! Jim Bunning endorsed Rand last week. Check out Rand's website. In Bunning's press conference he said, "In 2010, there is only one such conservative running for the United States Senate — Dr. Rand Paul." He also went on to say "Dr. Paul is a man of his word who can be trusted to do what is right for Kentucky and the nation."

  • @Thrice13 Had to use Palin to get the Tea Party Express sheep to listen. He already has the grassroots Tea Party since he is Ron Paul's son.

  • @st4ticblu3 Yeah, I guess that it was just a play to get the Tea Party's support. However, the Kentucky Tea Party supports Jim Bunning. Oh well, this will get them at least. Rand Paul 2010!

  • The war-mongers hate you, but we the people love you.

  • @wcarlpdrysdale Palin's a war-monger............
