But i would do anything- just brian or roger, queen with paul rodgers, impersonators, tribute bands, whatever- i just cant find tickets or anything for any of that. Out of curiosity is he wearing false teeth in his upper jaw, to mimick the pearly whites that the real Freddie had? I must say that it's details that make a show convincing, well done.

But I also hear that those teeth hamper his vocal performance a bit, they give him a slight lisp, I can only wonder how he would sound without those teeth.

Yes, the teeth are false which must be challenging to sing with, he really is a great singer tho as I've seen him perform many times. Currently, he is touring in the UK & has regular gigs on the cruise ships.

to be honest i would appreciate all these tribute acts if the didn't all just do the same thing. and that is wear the freddie wembley attire, they always have a guitarist with a big perm and a copy of the red special, the drummer has the blonde hair,shades and the black and white striped top and the bassist doesn't bother because he can't be arsed.

and also i would like it more if instead of copying the 'heyy' or other freddie mannerisms, they did there own interpretation of the song.

I think Gary Mullen's voice is a bit closer and he has more stage presence, though Steve Larkins is a bit closer to a look-a-like (not that anyone really cares as much about that).

The one thing they and all the other impersonators demonstrate is that there will only ever be one Freddie Mercury. Sadly I never saw him live.

I think he is better than the UK Gary Mullen. Staeve has a more mature tone which imulates Freddie better where Gary seems to sing alot in his own voice.
