Nice track, nice vid, nice riding. You had that dude in the yellow in the curves. He had to much horsepower on you on the straights. I see you were setting him up going into turn 1, 2, 3 on the inside. Nice job when you got it done!!!!!!!

Yeah he had me in the curves ok... ONCE!!!! And to be fair he probably stayed there for a whole 3 or 4 corners too. As for horsepower on the straights?? The bikes were the same, power the same, sprokets the same. We were probably even sharing fuel!! Id put it down to better corner entry and exiting and putting down the power sooner. Lol. Ist time we were on slicks too. Awsome!

I'm doing Donington in 2 days (mon) and cant get my head around the old hairpin. Is it best to sacrifice the last left hander on craner to get a good position for the hairpin?

I dont´know the track, but what you want to sacrifice is the corners previous to the last one previous to a medium-long straight. Was I clear?

I think those two are great riders, they smoked everyone else on the track, they didnt break too early, if you dont break early, you will eat it. i have an 06 r6 so i know how it is, slipper clutch is the shiet! it looks different on video, but its a whole nother world when your on the r6, its looks easier than it is, but these guys have skills so they made it looks easy.

a slipper clutch allows you to let the clutch out early when braking and going down the gears, and somewhat avoids locking up the rear wheel, which can happen on conventional clutches. does that make sense?

yes i tottaly know what your talking about my uncle has one and he also makes it look easy....okay i have a question he is thinking about doing track day on your honest opinion would you do it if you had the money like the 1500$ to buy the suit and if you already had a bike he has the 2003 r6 raven...i think but its still nice and is thinking about it but is hesitant...

Planning on taking my R6 to Donnington Park some time soon, season is kinda over now though. Might see you there in March. Mine's a 2000 model, have a CBR1000RR as well, but I only road ride that one.

Agree with one of the other guys, you brake too early and dont get on the throttle hard enough out of corners, lines are a little off too, but hey, your having fun and its not as if your Rossi out there is it???

Cam is a dogcam pro, hooked up to a mobibox SD recorder. Quality is actually a lot better in reality, had to compress to upload to youtube.
