  • Hi. I cut it into rectangles and then wrap it in greaseproof paper to keep it, it keeps really well in a wooden box, or it can be wrapped in cling film too. It sets pretty much straight away as it's the cooking process that sets it. If your food mill is letting bits through, use the finer setting, or perhaps it's broken. Hope this helps.
